The way of Lukoil to hire manager who do not manage the lukoil business. The manager drain money from dealer and take it and put it in their personal business. One of the bad manager use dealer money to become owner of restaurant chain.
It is not that the dealers are complaining about the prices. It is that LukOil is over pricing them. Their purchasing cost is higher than what other stations are selling on the street. You need to be able to compete, not be $.15 higher than the competition. This is why all the dealers are losing their customers. If the competition seeing that they are $.15 higher than they only have to up their price by a few cents. You figure it out, where are the customers going to go?
They are trying to feed their families and live the American dream but unfortunately the dream is in the hands of LukOil. LukOil is selling the gas to them at a much higher cost then others are selling in market. Their gas price plus the high credit card fee that Luk Oil slaps on these dealers makes it impossible for them to compete in this market.
Bottom line-Luk Oil management is putting their own dealers out of business. This is WRONG and not what you would expect to happen in the great USA.
this is very true.... i am a resident of south east Philadelphia suburb for the past 10 years..... first of all all Mobil stations were converted into Lukoil over a week. Although, this is a Russian company, but still due to nice customer service, I kept my business with these fellows.... but, now its been hurting my pockets because these guys are always 5-10 cents higher than the competition. As a result, most of these people are losing self sufficiency because of lost business. Its just sad ..
You great leader . and courage . The oil company need to lower the DTW now . They raise the DTW . They raise the rents . They lower our monies . We should march to the oil company office and demand that they LOWER THE DTW NOW !
they say 4 out of 5 small businesses fail within the first year. what forget to tell you is 9 out of 10 times you are better off working for someone else because you will make more and have more free time. foreigners own small businesses because most are uneduated and don't speak english. so if you have a choice, don't start your own business. the Fortune 500 owns the world now
i grew up working in a family restaurant. most people who work for large corporations don't realize all the nonsense small business owners go through.
your lease goes up every year but its not like you can just pick up and move down the street to operate. low-lifes sue you just to get an easy check. suppliers may charge you more and it's hard to pass on the cost to your customers.

I agree they are being very unfair with their gas prices and regulations! I have seen many Lukoil gas stations close in past couple of months. If they continue to have these unfair regulations, they will soon end up in bankruptcy!!!
