  • uh u want to kepp trying to kick your legs around and get the momentum witht he hips also im in training but alot of guys say that u should just keep doing the flares even if your feet are on the ground when ur legs are behind u and im a pretty fat kid but i kinda have 2 flares now just started about 3 weeks ago haha 

  • um, dont jump, kinda looked like u jumped into it, and also, nice for your first week practicing

  • Get your left leg quicker into the air. And use your hip more when you do your rotation.

    You didn't use much of your hip from the initial kick but after you got the both legs up, you used the hip.
