I KNOW THE CAUSE OF THE SEIZURE: Upon tampering with the audio contained in this video, the cause was revealed to me. The low bass tone that plays has its own hidden tempo which is played slowly at the end. Around 8:50, when your hear that high-ass pitch noise, the tempo gets faster and faster, therefore increasing heart rate, and death. This may be wrong since I'm no scientist, but this does happen to explain seizures. If you have a better theory, PM me. Otherwise this was the cause of seizures

Alright, so in the end I have come to the conclusion this entire thing is a myth and fake. My first piece is, human hearing ranges only between 20hz and 20KHz if children were hearing anything that fully developed ears cant, it would have had to be between 18KHz and 20KHz, which these frequencies are no different from an annoying cellphone ringtone that "Only kids can hear" and those ringtones haven't haven't caused people to kill themselves, even after prolonged time.
