Open WMM And Click Import Videos or something then view > timeline, then drag your imported gif to the Timeline and edit ect.. once done click publish movie.

Only thing you need to learn (which even I haven't done yet, it's very difficult) is to 1 make it a little smoother with better looking stks, and 2 to make the movements more realistic and to make hem 3D (which is very difficult)
