lol. people still confuse themselves over lip syncing? you can almost never be 100% sure if someone is lip syncing or not unless you're there with them or you are them. but as far as what you are hearing here, No that is not their live voices, not even jonghyun, but you can tell most clearly out of all of them that Chen was singing, but they blasted a prerecording so you can hardly even tell that.
