Ratchet & Clank Future Tools of Destruction - Press Start!

I know there had been many ratchet & clank games before this one.But i don't have a ps2 and i'm thinking about buying Tools Of Destruction.Am I going to get a little lost in the series' storyline, or are the previous games' plots kinda irrelevant for me to get into the franchise?Thanks

I just beat it, it truly is an amazing game.

But to be honest, it's not really a platformer. It's more focused on action. Thats not really a bad thing though.

This game looks interesting, its a little dark compared to the original RaC games but it still looks good enough to get

(ill probably get a PS3 for the newest RaC game but ill also get this)

I got a tip for everyone out there who has R&C F: TOD:

Good weapon combination:

1. Catch and enemy with the Magnet Launcher.

2. Blast them with the Razor Claws.

Trust me. It's a good combo. (Most effective against Cragmites.)

I agree. With the RYNO IV, you have the enemies dead in no time.

But it goes to fast. There's no fun if you use the RYNO. It goes to fast. With other weapons you keep the challenge in the game. And that's what matters.

Great game, very addictive, so far I'm kinda stuck on the Arena level, I always blow that part hehe, awesome game though, hard to put down once you start playing.

I know, man. I seriously wish I had saved up money for a PS3. I'm officially done with mircrosoft (untill they can put out some decent hardware). I bought a 360 two years ago. One year ago it went suicidal, so I sent it in and had it repaired. Now, approximately 1 year later it's broken again. The 360 has some great games, but what's the point if you can't even play them?! Sorry, just had to rant. I'd actually be fine with just a PS2 for now, I never even played the original Ratchets... :(

Insomniac and Naughty used to belong to the same company way back when Insomniac was making Spyro and Naughty Dog was making Crash Bandicoot. They worked in the same building from what I remember them saying and that's why they're work usually resembles each other. ^_^

Yeah, Sony doesn't own Insomniac, Insomniac just has a contract with Sony. Their contract was originally with Universal, but after finishing Spyro 3, Insomniac went with Sony exclusively
