So, how does this work? Every time the script detects a player moving faster than their current classes allowed speed, it reduces their health to 1 and everytime it increases, it sets back to 1? And reduces their damage to absolutely none?

An admin sets if you are to be griefed, I believe (perhaps the plugin does auto detect cheaters). But the damage the cheater does is 0 and any damage dealt to the cheater is an instant kill (basically they have 1 hp and don't know it).
