if you hit the hand instead of blocking, he ain't going to want to hit you he's gonna wonder why his hands is in so much pain.also if you know what your doing your already ready for the next punch anyways.

@caloy925 In central Luzon we normally teach the kids how to block first. The other fancy stuff comes later. Anyway, that doesn't make this guy's technique any better.

Because if u dont distract him with a painful blow he will most likely hit u back with his fist as u try and disarm him
