Olipa Hieno elokuva! Hienoa! Missä olet opiskellut tuota? Itse semmoinen hyvin itseoppinut animaattori ja silleen.. Hyvää vappua!
@JoonaRuusuvuori : Kiva että tykkäsit. Olen opiskellut Suomessa Limingan taidekoulussa, Slovakiassa VSMU:ssa ja Hollannissa St.Joost academyssä. Vaikka eihän sitä opiskella tarvitse animoidakseen....
Leevi Lehtinen, this work is amazing. I first saw it put to Tom Waits' "I hope that I don't fall in love with you" (here on Youtube, everyone, check that out). Hope you continue your work.
Woha. Reading the sma files since summer and following aou comments and answers I finally found the time and everything for watching "Harmonica". Beuatiful. All the movements, all that characteristic moves. Yep, this is the way, sad drunken people move, act, feel and wish for (might sound weird, but what the heck...)
And the the sounds. You people who participate surely come from somewhere in the North of Europe - The sounds, that endless plans of empty space to let the music breathe
the animation is excellent itself- congrats on it. but i find the storry pretty boring for a 6min movie... also WTF is that cross doing on the wall all the time?? absolutely unnecessary.
excellent! One question pls since i am new into puppet animation, how can u get the fingers stable like this, mine can not resist to gravity...Do u know any good puppet animation uni,or college,or something that has to do with it??
I used a mix of sounds. Including clock ticking which had room ambiance in the same track. I had a sound engineer working on it, so don't know details so well.
What an extremely well observed bit of animation, the pulling of the bottles especially. And a very sweet story. Fantastic!! Did it ever go through the film festivals? (If it didn't it should have)

A wonderful piece, such imagination to fill one man's glass and to dance with the woman of his
dreams, his own creation. Extraordinary timing and detail. He actually takes on human qualities.
Bravo. Please, I want more.

Hi Jim
Thanks! It's been in a few film festivals, and couple other submission applications are pending.
Don't know for sure about any future screenings.
