tisfat tutorial on adding effects

yah pls make tell a site for some tisfat sticks.and sprites.my sprites are weird cause i made them with paint then when i use it on tisfat,the white papaer is seen its opaque

well the tuutorial isnt really about the punch I wanted to get through that fast so that theres not a big stall in the tutorial all I was really trying to accomplish is a basic understanding of shake effects :P

I lock the joint hold down control then click his neck joint and then that joint wont move
