  • Beats the hell out of the pile of junk they tossed on the market in 1997. What a terrible platform that was....

  • Looks like a cockpit of a plane!

  • This car is too cool to be called Malibu, but I don't get to name cars . . . BUT, if I could, I would name this car: Celerity; an intelligent and true name for this beautiful Chevy.

"Never give up." - Louis Chevrolet

  • wow thas funny u guys talkin bout 2013 interior when ur 05 malibu wheel is still locking as u drive ur car almost caused my fiance 2 loose her life so b 4 u all make another car u need 2 get ur old ones fixed

  • Sure glad GM has gone away with plastic inlay. Honda and Toyota & Nissan still love their cheep stretchable plastic, its a weight thing. They can have it. I love leather and wood.

  • @reckles1 It's still plastic...it's just simulated wood.

  • Nice interior, but this is the optioned up LTZ model which most buyers cannot afford. Show us the interior of the LS or LT. Will it just be a sea of grey plastic on plastic?

  • I'm pleasantly surprised, a mile ahead of the Camry, Accord, or Altima. If Honda jacks up the next Accord, like they have everything else in the last few years, this could be a hot seller. If GM can keep the quality control in check I may actually buy one. They also need to hire secret shoppers or something and stay on top of their dealers. Some of them are pure garbage.

  • That wood is ugliy

  • Interior screams VT Commodore, it's like a carbon copy.

  • Your going to get far on youtube.

  • beautiful interior

  • Your going to get far on youtube.

  • yay!!? thanks

  • im not big on chevy cars, mostly thier trucks but this is a pretty nice car for chevy

  • @clevenger013 other then the camaro's and corvette

  • pisses me off that chevy worries so much about the malibu, what about the impala? i mean seriously, it needs more than just an engine and tranny update

  • @uakronsam116 well, for 2011 theyve upgraded the powertrain to 300 hp standard. That by itself is very impressive. But ya as far as the rest of it goes, its due for an update. Never did like the bland front end that resembled earlier conservative honda styling. I believe the new impala came out in 2005, sheesh def time to redesign.

  • @checksandbalences 300 hp is only avg today

  • @dave777blaster Ha ya it may be avg today but a hell of a step up compared to my 96 chevy with 160hp :) and way better mpg.

  • @checksandbalences That's true about all cars

  • @dave777blaster Yip, indeed sir :)

  • nice job on the interior. Looks like they sweated the details. A refreshing improvement... I like global cars. If they can sell it in so many countries overseas it has to be good.

  • I think that the 2013 ford taurus sho looks better, has a way better interior and is alot sportier compared to the malibu.

  • so its sporty and luxuryous.

  • sexy car

  • OMG, how much more can Chevy copy Ford Taurus. tsk, tsk....always 2 steps behind.

  • @GT500Shelby07 What are you talking about? Almost all sedans like this are about the same. But hey, it's better than Chevy "copying" them than Toyota, right?

  • @GT500Shelby07 If Chevy copied anything from Ford, the vehicles wouldn't run.

  • you rght, looks like a turd with head and tail lghts

  • @DAN4279 they won't even make a V6

  • i love the interior. i love the exterior. i love this damn car and i would buy it.

  • alll i want 2 know is how much

  • @SuperHello311 THANK YOU!!!

  • Um... why do the domestic automakers think stitching whether "ice blue" or "french" looks "upscale"? Strange.

  • why show us illustrations when you got the ACTUAL car beside you?

  • i want one

  • Comment removed

  • Cool light inside BUT NOT GREEEEEEEEN !!

  • @gotcha671 they probably made it green cuz its not a distraction like cop lights or emergency lights idk just sayin

  • this interior was copied..

  • @mehiael who'd thry get it from

  • Good job for you guys at GM ,im happy that GM is coming back. My only worry is reliability.

The design is fantastic at one exception ,why the plastic vent on the dash never change ? I mean ,we see wood, leather ,chrome …all perfect and all the sadden bang the classical plastic air vent that kills everything and remembers the customer hey your still in the Chevy .

  • Congrads! GM. I'm a FORD, HYUNDAI, fan but I have tobe trueful "GOOD IS GOOD AND THAT CAR IS GOOD CONGRADS!!!" P.S. I know, I know, "HYUNDAI? YES! HYUNDAI!!!.

  • Love the front, the side, the interior . . . but damnit Chevy why you gotta funk your sh*t up with the tail lights every time?!

I'll have to see it in person before I pass judgement tho,' otherwise nice job. GM, you officialy suck WAY less than Chrysler, and your better looking than Toyota.

  • @ActionBastard85 THE TAILIGHTS ARE AFTER THE CAMARO THOSE ARE SEXY WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU

  • i like his hair more than the car!

  • @chltmdwp: Funny. Brian always has good hair. :-)

  • @ReSanSax never knew~

  • The Chevrolet Malibu is one of the best car in its class. Recommended. Great work Chevrolet!!!

  • I want one! Perfect Car.

  • Well this makes me want to get rid of my 2010 Malibu

  • Very, very nice job Chevy

  • Looks sweet, great job Chevrolet!!!

  • We want this car now, not in 2012 !

  • ford guy.. but would LOVE to see this in europe.. instead of all the shitty models they have in europe now.

  • @flyerholland The Chevrolet's they're selling in Europe are all Daewoos, and don't deserve the Bowtie they wear. I was actually surprised when they announced that this car was going to Europe.

  • @gogmorgoaway Deawoo is overtoken by GM - Chevrolet , so they are Chevrolets even the name Daewoo will dissapear in Azia and be replaced by the name Chevrolet in time.

Chevrolet is GM's new world brand...

  • @Chevycorsica93b What I meant was when they started calling them Chevrolets, they took what Daewoo was making, and stuck on Chevy badges. They're still Daewoo's underneath. What's sold over here, with the exception of the Cruze and Aveo, are not rebadged Daewoos, and even those two are still built in the States.

To be honest, pretty much nothing on the 2010 Camaro is made in the US. They're assembled just 8 miles down the road from me, in Oshawa, Canada, and were designed mostly in Australia.

  • @gogmorgoaway

Be grateful, though, that GM decided to have the Camaro designed and assembled elsewhere other than the US as I believe the Oshawa plant was about to be closed if it weren't for that car

  • @IchiDeux Yeah, I think it's that and the Impala, and finishing up some of the Equinoxes from the Ingersoll plant because they couldn't put them all through the paint and stuff there, although I think that might have only been temporary. There's a Buick that they're supposed to start building some time this year, and there are rumours about the Cadillac XTS being built next year, but it was looking pretty shaky for a while...

  • Do You think all parts of a Camaro 2010 are made in US ? No way some of the come also from azia.

GM is going global the world is a village.....

  • @flyerholland

Seen the Chevrolet Cruze yet ?

  • That's a REALLY nice looking package. Cool hidden storage behind the screen. That's clever! I like the mix of colours and tones, and materials. Looks top notch.

Not sure what Scottie is talking about with his "shifter linkage covering" complaint. I think it looks great! Good Job Chevy! (whoops) Chevrolet. ;)

  • Don't care for the high belt line or that front grille, but it looks like my tax dollars are some what hard at work keeping up with the competition ;]

  • The shifter linkage covering looks cheap, out of place, and just thrown together. How did that pass QC?

  • Love it!!!!!
