Almost all the major characters in this drama use emotional blackmail one way or the other. SR (example above), IH dad, Jeonseol's wife, Sajangnim.
The only selfless one that I can think of is DW. As emotional as BR can be, she would not likely act as unstable as SR. Maybe SR condition is due to her lack of self confidence. I think her parents should be blamed for not be more in-tune to her condition.

This is so consistent with her personality. She is thinking about what is the best thing for a Korean male child raised in Seoul. Which none of us can refute and that is for him to be raised by his father. But I think SH, although he's trying, is a sh!t hole.
