For all those criticizing Moscow and who probably never left their house to see the rest of the world, Moscow is beautiful. I recommend you go there on spring, and take a chance to look at the gardens of the city. Its absolutely gorgeous. Also there is hardly any other part of the world like Red Square where the Kremlin Walls and Towers, the GUM, St Basil's Cathedral and the National History Museum show off incredible architecture and enormous proportions... It is majestic!
Wonderful Moscow? All I saw was Kreml and red square also some gray buildings. I think thats all there is. I know there is horrible parking (xam) saw it on youtube also people are agressive and so on so keep dreaming about moscow
The architecture is wonderfull, is like an amusement park, yet it has a very imposing size. What can I say, I always see something facinating in each country.

Yes, Moscow must be a beautiful place but i dont think there is a lot to see for a tourist. Just kremlin palace and the st. basil church. If else where is available then someone to tell me.
Moscow has over 200 museums alone.. numerous Opera & Ballet Theaters.. Military Museums for those people are located within an hour.. Tchaikovsky Home, Lenin Estate, Chekov Home, Tolstoy at outside Tula, You can Tour for Years if you are interested in History, Politics, Culture.. ~Anya~

Moscow is a great City! It has its crime and problems, but every City has its problems. Someone mentioned Skin heads, I live in Scotland and there is Skinheads everywhere and there is even more if you go to England. Russia has beautiful architecture, but is held back by alot of things, Plus it is a little bit on the Cold side. Dont worry about the Skin heads, just stay in the Tourist areas and you will be fine, the Skinheads are usually in Rundown areas of Cities.

@comlien As I see skyscrapers in Moscow are built in very well organized manner so I don't see any threat. Personally I think, that it will make that city more beautiful. I wish tall building in Warsaw could be built less chaotic and more like in Moscow.

Russia has beautiful architecture, but is held back by alot of things, Plus it is a little bit on the Cold side. Dont worry about the Skin heads, just stay in the Tourist areas and you will be fine, the Skinheads are usually in Rundown areas of Cities.

@comlien As I see skyscrapers in Moscow are built in very well organized manner so I don't see any threat. Personally I think, that it will make that city more beautiful. I wish tall building in Warsaw could be built less chaotic and more like in Moscow.
