I too have them and have the same problem, the holders are in place, have changed settings following the video and can't seem to make them work. Any tips?

I have both holder and both sets markers and pens… when ever I try to use them I get drag lines on my work. I have tried adjusting the pressure and I have made sure that the pen and the holder are in properly. PLEASE HELP!! I would LOVE to use these items for my projects :)
