  • Funny, I have trained L-sits on the power plate.  I can't tell from the video if the thing is actually on or not.

  • its good that you don bend your arms, if i should give you an advice it would be to try to lean further forward. when you eventually go for the planche your hands will be near your hips :) keep up the good work! (you can check my vid if you want, im not good but i have correct form :)(
