i fly the same flight every year with southwest. philly can be the buisest airport ive been in line for takeoff for 30 min(really boring) great vid.

The thing you see over the top of the wing is the result of a combination of a low pressure system in the area as well as the low pressure on top of the wing being created by the aerodynamic shape of the wing. It's common to see that at slower airspeeds when a low pressure system is moving through.
