  • Good Job, however an ave like that would have been used to chop wood, for axes for killing people had much smaller heads on them, so they would be easier to wield.

  • did you use foam and laid laiers from latex evry day over it ore did you use a mould ?

  • what do you use for the form of a weppon cuz you need a mould ??????? pleas send me back i realy want to start with larp :)

  • hey how do you make axes

  • Wohoo ^^

    Okay.

  • How do you close the latex after working?

    Use some topcoat like us?

  • That's a trade secret.

  • yo man ogunshi man that battle axe is amazing and i need u to make one for me cause im getting made fun of cause my sword looks like a giant di*do man and it gets really anoying so yeah hope u respond to this man and thx for the video so yeah see ya

  • hay awsome i live in ireland and we dont have this sort of awsome stuff over here so im planing going to england its not the best place to go but its better than nothing :) good vids

  • Nice!!

  • Pretty awesome axe.

  • I must say you make very good weapons. When I was LARPing (in Sweden) I saw some really good home-made weapons but I also saw some really bad looking weapons.

One of my neighbours at the LARP had a warhammer wich was made by a life jacket, and it looked really cool.

  • holy crap thats so awesome i think im going to cry

  • how did you get that shape

  • That could kill someone no matter how soft it is. It could scare someone to death just seeing someone taking a swing at them.

    Very cool.

  • way the go! nice thing!

  • Damn! You have two accounts. Ive watched several of your videos. Great stuff man. Subscribed to both! Good luck with your battle if he ever accepts.

  • I second the motion of a video showing this thing in action.. as a hammer wielder i am always up for seeing large weapons pummel small objects.. :)

  • isnt the padding on the haft a bit thin? thing looks like it would hit a bit to hard.. full inch core?

  • the core is 3/4 inch. and the non strike surface is 5/8th inch. The padding looks thin because the hilt itself is thinck al well and almost flush with the padding.

All my weapons are so not legal for Dagorhir because they have an edge on them, and thier rules do not allow for that.

  • god i wish i could get my darkon and dagorhir kids to use latex.. le sigh..

  • I know the feeling and satisfaction of hand making weapons of latex or foam. Like all art projects... yes art projects, they can be extremely satisfying when you have an end result you like. My first bit of work was an ax and I am damn proud of it. It ain't pretty but its effective, and it doubles as a fly swatter. :-)

Just kidding about the last part.

  • She must be PISSED at you.....

  • hahah...ya just got to love a good battle ax mate..wooohooo..

  • looks amazing u really did a good job

but i was wondering if u could test it out and get it on film i would love to see the opposing object of this battle axe thanks

  • Thank you. Wait until you see the other weapons I am making.

  • I stand corrected. The sheer coolness of your toys, evokes a malicious giggle.
