Damn it... I want to learn this stuff, really badly, but I just can't for some reason. I try to stay focused, but then I start thinking about other things and I realized 5 - 10 minutes have passed... Anyone know a way that could help me stay focused so I can learn Kinematics of Machines?
Ashok Kumar Mallik is really the GOD of Mechanics. I attended one Chaos theory seminer in BE Clg by him. Then also he was the GOD in that field. Will never forget the seminer. Here also the same.
I'm trying to teach myself basic engineering but I need some help. Could anyone give me a basic outline of what I need to learn before I can move onto this lesson. Much appreciated!
@gamersgene Engineering is a very general term and its very broad.First of all determine which area or course you wanted to be involved. For example do you want to be a Mechanical engineer or electrical or electronics.Than only you can think about studying engineering.I hope i have helped you a bit!
i never understood what was so hard about it anyway, i agree the professor in the video is a great professor, and explains very well, but even without...
Prof. Mallik is a genius, he is a God of Mechanical engg. Yet he is very simple. His lectures are very popular in IITs. My best "teacher" ever. I wish in my next birth, I get Sir right from Class 1.
The best teacher possible for kinematics of machines.
We were worried how will the course go after Prof. Malik. It is great to have his lectures online :-). Though it would have been way better to record an actual live lecture.
@ashwani7iit: yes that is true because classroom is a two way communication while youtube is only one way. I do not remember any class from Prof. Malik which was not a two way communication.
@fadenkreuze try taking it a few concepts at a time you can watch the video as many times as needed... don't rush it!
