Most PAPD cops are assholes and basically potted plant police who do nothing but stand around and try to get laid while collecting a check. The only reason so many PAPD cops got killed on 911 was because they were to fat and lazy to do anything. NYPD and FDNY actually tried to save people while PAPD got the nice movie deal!
Extrapolating from this video half of PAPD cops have very fat bellys. Another video I saw shows a PAPD chief lieing about being trapped in WTC5 when it came down. On what little I have seen it does not make the PAPD look very good.
