Im black and this disturbs me so much. Makes me sometimes wonder if i was born into the wrong race because i am nothing like stereotypical shown blacks. I've never seen one nice black or hispanic neighborhood with a low crime rate, and well kept homes. The black people i know that are decent are well spoken, in the medical or law field. They tell me how they hated living in a black neighborhood because all their neighbors would look down on them for trying to better themselves.
