A little bit of advice from a nursing student: drink beer all the time, but, turn up for every lecture, when an assignments due , procrastinate until u r scared, then do the assignment, I average distinctions with many high distinctions. Nuff sed (it's easy baby when you walk the razors edge).

@susanhannigan HAHA. that's so funny u say that because my clinical instructors always told me to be more assertive. lol. tips - know ur stuff. some people say oh just read over powerpoints they give u in class. but i tried to read my books. i mean u might not have time to read over everything, but just read as much as u can. and answer practice questions, look at rationales... etc.

I ask because I'm looking into something to plug my interests and studies in science, writing, sketching (super powered flash cards, ahoy!), video production (I know teamwork amidst chaos is somewhere in there) and an unhealthy obsession for academic induced insomnia.
@KakiHat i personally don't know any liberal arts majors that went through nursing, but hey if you're really dedicated and wanna go through with nursing, go for it. i'm sure your interests will help you. just know it takes a lot of commitment.
