abec is a indersry standerd mesure only realy comes intoeffect when your spinning a wheel at 10,000's or RPM

and longboards do use standard beaings, i used a set of "max abec5's" (not the rating its the name of the bearing) and that worked just as well as the set of bones swiss i have in my pushing board

I use it all the time on my wheels and they spin longer when i use it. You just have to pop off the cover for your bearings and spray it inside. Then clip the cover back on. Its not hard. And im not a poser.

useing ceramic for bowl is cinda pointlelss unless its wet i longboard and the reason i have ceramic beaings is because thay dont heat up like steel balls when your bombing a masave hill, this helps to prevent the wheel decoring beacuse its heated up and melted.

we have had races where one of my mates uses cheep o beairngs and everyone else has cermic and he still can easly keep up

1st of all that board most likely has no concave at all so berrings wouldnt'ld benefit that board anyway, the trucks are probably plastic so the berrings wouldn't spin either way, and if the trucks are metal their probably really shitty, so go to a skate shop and buy an actual board.
