If you wanna argue about tier II talent, the good teams in BCHL would be fine in a major junior or university circuit. 2 canadians on each team in NCAA? a few more than that I`d say, and no the US, although it is improving is in no way catching up to canada in hockey. Take off the full cages and than talk buddy.

ok hold on a sec here. The Q is not NEARLY the league that the dub is. Major junior prepares players much better for the pros as there are more games, fighting, no full cages, etc. However NCAA has some great teams as well, and many in D1 and D3 could play in major junior.
Michigan State would beat the vancouver giants hand down. Just face it the US is catching up to Canada in hockey and you guys just wont admit it...and to whoever said that the ncaa is filled with tier 2 canadians you are retarted there are like 2 canadians on each team MAYBE. just look at turris and toews they play ncaa and they seem to be pretty good

yeah, Yellowlamp is pretty much clueless. The only thing the NCAA has is older, more mature players. The CHL has 10X the amount of hockey talent the NCAA has. This would never happen, but I'd love to see a 7 games series between the Memorial Cup champs and the NCAA national Champs, I actually think the NCAA guys would win because of their advanced age but it depends what rules, rinks size etc., they played.
