ora a prescindere per dire di qualcuno che non capisce un cazzo, puntualizzo io non so neppure chi sia Ferretti, bisognerebbe quanto meno avere le palle di scrivere nome e cognome e spiegare il perchè, per il resto aldilà di questo sono velocissimi e tecnicamente bravi

a me onestamente non sembra velocissimo e quanto a tecnica... spesso non colpisce molto precisamente il guanto...

comunque è solo la mia opinione.

That guy might not be the best but this is good training hes learning to counter attack and fight instinctively instead of learning like " heres what you do when he does this " next time he'll just do it.

you call this boxing? Damn that sucks, he isn't even protecting his face while punching. If I wanna see a real boxing training, I'd rather wath real boxers. The guy in the seems like a snail compared to real boxers...
