@SlashsSon101: An intercooler won't cool down the exhaust or Turbo (which is what you are seeing in the video)

An intercooler takes the hot air being pushed out of the turbo and cools it down before shoving it through the intake manifold into the engine, thus giving the car a slightly higher power output.

I would hope that the tuners would have added a larger intercooler by this time, as this guy is already running Stage3 on his car.

@avatajo exactly and to go along with your statement i saw or read somewhere that stated "for every 10 degrees you make the air, that goes into your engine(intake), cooler, you get a 1% power increase"

yeah im doing 225 on my b5 1.8t i just put a chip n a ko4 so that pretty low for a complete stage 3 dude u need better tunning

Something is very wrong with that car if it's red hot and your not even getting 300bhp. Are all the coolant hoses connected right? Is the intercooler even working?
