i deffinitely agree. he has had a hard life but it seems to have all worked out in the end. i would totally trade the pain for the guitar and vocal skill and the WRITING ABILITY (not a lot of people see how talented of a writer he is) but he didnt know he would make it but he still tried and now "Dave Mustaine" is a household name.
I'm pretty sure he hates it to a degree. I would too, if I was unable to get some groceries without being bothered on the street, or other simple things. If I just heard the song I still would be hooked, but this video is also awesome. He's singing and kind of narrating it and examining his life like Caesar in an ancient Roman drama. It's not just epic, but universal and grand observation on life. At the end of the song he just walks away, on to write more cool shit, or in 100 years be remembered by his grand kids. He was here and he kicked ass.

i deffinitely agree. he has had a hard life but it seems to have all worked out in the end. i would totally trade the pain for the guitar and vocal skill and the WRITING ABILITY (not a lot of people see how talented of a writer he is) but he didnt know he would make it but he still tried and now "Dave Mustaine" is a household name.

I'm pretty sure he hates it to a degree. I would too, if I was unable to get some groceries without being bothered on the street, or other simple things. When you come to think about it, fame DOES have it's price. He went through addictions, suicide attempts, near death experiences, losing his left arm, losing many friends he had, i mean to me at least, it doesn't seem like it's worth it, but you'll never know if you never try, and Dave sure as hell gave that one a shot!
