The voicing is actually a pitch shifted female voice sample from some movie I came across with a bit of delay added at the end, and the little French horn sounding piece at the beginning and end of the clip is a sample from the shining.
I'm trying to decide which is the creepier: the visuals or the voicing. For now I'm going with the visual--the primitive graininess brings the single most hellish film in history to mind: The Begotten.
