k so try to understand the mind blowing experience i just went through: so awhile ago, i became a big fan of the song Monster by Meg&Dia. however i wasn't actually a big fan of Meg&Dia,cuz i just never took the time to get into their music. now im watching SEASON 2 of the voice, and i have a favorite, Lindsey Pavao. everyone is saying she sounds like this "Dia Frampton" chick. so i go and listen to a few of her performances, and find out thats shes the "Dia" in Meg&Dia. MINDBLOWN.

The live versions of her covers are always better cause her voice is so raw and limitless. The studio versions are good, but not as satisfying as her live performances :-( For me, I'm so used to the way she sings the songs live and it sounds strange listening to the controlled-studio version y'know?
