(The Naive) Utena never planed to get into that sort of relationship with Anthy... so the song sort of fits... Utena finds a damsel in distress(Anthy), plays the part of a white knight and discovers she likes it...

I've honestly got to say I LOVE THIS AMV!!! utena will always be one of my geek guilty pleasures. The symbolism throughout both the series and the movie are brilliant. I love this because its edgy and well put together. If the video quality was better it would only enhance it! 5 stars

That's definitely Utena and Anthy in the movie! It's interesting that it's so much more subtle in the original anime series - it's really more about true friendship than about the two of them being a couple. Just watched the last episode again today - awesome.
