i agree that if it hurts thn there is no point...my system can hurt ur ears but its only really "scary" when i put both amps on them..thts only for comps though and the rest of time it slaps just enough i think..about 140-143 is enough to seriously impress most casual riders..and i mean like roll the window down and feel the whoosh of air impressed..lol..done right they sound damn good to!
