the x pipe was 60$ and the mufflers were like 40$ a piece. i installed it myself so 140$ total.

i bought the spintechs on ebay, i think they are called the "super pro streets"

and i got the magnaflow xpipe from some performance vendor. do not buy them from magnaflow, they charge like 200$ for it.

it sounds distinctly different than a mustang. my buddy has a cobra and compared to his the gto has a more european flavor to it.

It sounds sort of like a truck exhaust on start up. I have the magnaflows on my 06 and its way too quiet, so im searching for a different exhaust. Trying to keep an open mind.

Alright this video just convinced me that I'll be getting an x-pipe for mine. There's a video of a guy with spintechs and an h-pipe, and I like the sound of the x much better. Nice sounding Goat.

i had to cut and weld the x pipe in place. i bought the x pipe from an aftermarket company for 80$. i forgot the name of the company.
