Please make sure you've spelled the login correctly, with caps in the right places ;) I just tried logging in with "TwixtBetwixt" & it worked fine for me.

Unfortunately, you might get a lot of comments about the password. from the video you cannot tell what is capital and what isnt. (except the B, and E, some of the "t's" are supposed to be lower case and in the vid it is upper case. ) Maybe just to save yourself sometime, you could put the password into the desription box?

I just logged into the site, without any difficulties, using the pw:

All I can say is make sure it's spelled correctly, there are no spaces anywhere, and that you have the correct letters capitalized. =)

It is TwixtBetwixt. It is case sensitive. Capital T, capital B. I have not changed it, it's always been the same.

I don't have any new ones posted since MAC changed their website all the face charts are in PDF format - not images. I have the PDF files, but no where to post them. If you send me your email I can send them to you.

Please double check the spelling & the capital letters - since it is case sensitive. First "T" is capital and the "B" is capital.

Yes, on the MAC site click on ARTISTRY, then click on MAC LOOKS. Select the collection, then select the specific look you want to view. It will load on the right side of the frame. There is a PRINT option on the lower right corner under the face chart. It opens the face chart with the instructions & colors as a pdf file, which you can then print. Kind of nice actually. Think the picture of the face chart is much bigger than it used to be.
