Actually, that's not a pocket bike, by law, that size bike is considered a moped and can be ridden on the street. They come fully equipped with lights and signals as true pocket bikes do not. You're right though, it is illegal to ride a pocket bike on the street but if you're on the street with your moped and you don't have a standard driver's license, expect a ticket.
