@artekun I know its been 2 years since this comment, but that video is a part of the omake from the original Japanese DVD release of Onegai Teacher (aka Please Teacher in the US). There were others, including a short about Marie.
This was probably one of the best Anime's I've ever seen. My friend bought the artbook and she was showing me scripts that never made it into the show. This show would be even better if they had gone with some of the ideas that were in the art book.
Tenchi Muyo GXP Episode 2 Part 1 English is great watch it.

I've seen both of the Onegai's . Onegai Sensei, and Twin, but I'd have to say that Onegai Sensei is the better of the two.
