nevermind the lyrics....i think this song just got a festive vibe... congrats to all americans.... hope this only leads to terrorism ending once a for all around the globe... greetings from Colombia.
Cool video. MTV never showed it enough I thought, but it was at a time that MTV would show at least a few cool videos here and there. I possibly only ever saw it on U-68. Anyone remember that station in the NYC area?
bout 2 go turn myself in on sum warrents haven a couple drinks and listening to the greatest band 2 ever walk the earth.see u wen i get out or wen u get in.
I saw them a few times back in the day, what a group of showmen, they brought a totally wild style to everything they did and they always gave their crowd a 110% effort. Much respect due!
Love the new hampshire license plate at 1:30. Brilliant video. Goes without saying, I will, brilliant band... wow, these guys were such a force. Didn't know the same guy directed Nightmare Before... They worked with the Eurythmics, were in a video anyway... I just saw em last week, sadly 3 original members. Still great though. it's kinda sad it seems they got left behind kinda somehow in the mix.
You should probably follow your own advice then. It's a common misconception that Tim Burton directed NIghtmare Before Christmas but it was, in fact, Henry Selick that direceted it. Tim Burton only wrote and produced the film.
FISHBONE!!!!!!! HELLS YEAH!!! ;) im in a So Cal Ska Kinda Mood.. Fishbone in my Walkman.. my Santa cruz board... with slimeballs.. and Tracker trucks.. and a nice summer day skating through Highland park.. good times

@MichaelAvery1 It was the MEDIA who mistakenly used the term "ground zero" for the WTC. It's therm on the surface of the earth directly under an air burst atomic bomb. To answer your question.....it was OK as soon as Dan Rather started giving the 'conspiracy' nut bars a legitimate audience.
Party at ground zero more relevant today then ever. Me being here here in Hawaii we will be partying at ground zero if the call the North Koreans bluff. Nukes are a hell of a way to roast wieners, Happy 4th of July!
amen to that....sadly I have never gotten the chance to see them live. But when I die and go to hell there is a juke box in New York that has EVERY Fishbone album on it and $3 pints of guiness, I hope I land there.

@MikesSeccondAccount, Director: Henry Selick
Writers: Tim Burton (story), Michael McDowell (adaptation),
Stars: Danny Elfman, Chris Sarandon and Catherine O'Hara...yeah, following you're own advice would be good.

Love the song and the video! Understanding the world then was easier with the planet being divided between the U.S.
