At that rate, you are definitely directing yourself to a mental breakdown. At 13 years old (8th or 9th grade), I think you should ideally study no more than 2-3 hours a day (including homework). If you keep a regular study schedule and stick to it, you won't even need to increase study time in exam season. Perhaps you are studying so intensively because you aren't focusing on your study sessions, which prolongs them. Reduce distractions to a minimum and focus on what you do!

I think this tips are really helpful.

I started my semester already and will try to use some of these tips during the rest of the quarter and next quarter and year.

How many classes are you taking?

I am taking 5 classes. which where I go is 19.5 credit hours. I think for the next quarter I am only going to take 16 because right now I am really stressed out will all the work.
