@onoaptelunga When they started having "fun" in the gym, that's when everything went to hell. With Belu and Bitang coming back, it will be work-as-usual, hopefully. And you're right - the American media spins things the way it thinks will get the most viewers and therefore the most ad dollars. Gymnastics is a hard sport to do at the level Romania usually does it. I don't know how the American teams have done as well as they have.
im sure the previous gymnasts were treated the way the woman describes in the begining based off of older documentaries ive seen. if the gymnasts gained 1 ounce over their ideal weight they had the train in a heavy track suit in an already overheated gym!!! im glad thisngs are different now for them.
I went to a boarding school called Academy of the Sacred Heart and the nuns were so strict, they would get mad at us if we wore lots of make up on school days. They did let us wear hair accesories and small earrings like these
girls.Other similarities between my former
school and Deva is that we could not see any boys during the weekdays and they couldn't come and visit us either unless there was a school party organized by the nuns. They isolate their students just like
What a difference between out-of-control American school classrooms. I am home-schooled for that reason - my mother will not allow me to put a foot in a public school here. She'd probably let me go to this class in Romania. Then when I went to training, they would kick me out, so I would be back to home-schooling.
@rosenrotmaniac90 i heard that they make them listen to loud music during their training so if their in a competiotion and somebody's floor music starts they're used to it so they dont fall off
Is 'Low' playing in the background as the coach is talking to them? I'd love to see a floor routine to that song. Bring back the Rock n' Roll Championships!
