excelente así se toca, con garra y energía magnifica banda la emocion que irradian estos locos es fenomenal, que belleza el sonido de la gibson les paul, y esto es la fuerza del rock sureño, en resumen una joya musical de muchos kilates
I got to see MTB open for Charlie Daniels New Years Eve 1975 @ the Armidillo world headquarters IN Austin. At midnight both bands spread accross the stage guitars screaming and Charlie in the middle fiddlin his ass off. One of the greatest shows of all time.
Dave - I remember a concert in Pittsburgh where MTB was the warmup band for Joe Walsh - We brought them back for 3 encores and Joe Walsh was scared to come out - They ripped the joint apart that night - Thanks Juiceman
Wow!! That's just some good old foot stompin' music, People just don't know what they are missing if they have never checked out this band! Thanks for the post-
toy's so great here it's easy to overlook mccorkle's rhythm playing which was so very good too.
just a great great band. skynyrd's ticket was ronnie's cult of personality. charlie daniels' sell was his good ol boy-ness...all mtb had were the songs and the playin' 'em.
no stage "marquee" pull really but music-wise mtb was the best in my humble opinion. so many just great great songs put out over many albums' worth of output.

What great era for Southern Rock n Roll. Saw them at the Omni in Atlanta with CDB, LS, MT and GS. It was an awesome weekend...

I don't really know a lot about this band (yet!) but what the guitarist is doing with just his thumb and fingers is blowing me away!

Great music form Macon GA in 1973. This song is fast, loud gospel with secular lyrics and rock/blues lead guitar.

The Doobies don't compare with these great southern bands.

One of the great things about these videos is the band seems to be having as much fun as the audience.
