I have a question, u said u think the bible is 100% true. So are you against gay and bi ppl? Also I'm only 13 and have thought of what suicide would be like. I'm not gonna do it though. I'm a coward and I don't wanna hurt my friends and family.
@Yoshibear1998 The Bible is confirmed by eye witnesses, science, astronomy, biology, archeology, etc. and if you were interested in truth, you’d actually check it out for yourself. No, like the Bible I’m not against people who choose to be gay or bi yet I am against their choice to be gay or bi b/c it is harmful to them. Suicide would be a hurt you’d always have &have to endure. I’m glad that you are not going to do it.Being a coward at times is okay. It would hurt your friends & family & you.
@FindingTruthToday Wait wait wait. How is being bi or gay harmful to people? It's just a life choice. It's not like they're doing drugs or smoking or something. lol
I actually might be bi. I'm 85% sure, i just wanna wait till i'm 16 and can start dating till i'm 100% sure.
@Yoshibear1998 By the way, i'm not against your video at all. Just... if you can be charged with murder, and you say suicide is murder, would u charge the dead person who killed themslves with murder? Just a question. Again, i'm not against u at all. I am kinda against suicide, especially after my friend contemplating suicide to my friend and i over text. I was sooooooo scared! I thought she was gonna do it!
@Yoshibear1998 In 2007, suicide was the third leading cause of death among 15–24 year-olds in America. I’m glad that you are against suicide and that your friend didn’t go through with suicide. I’d be scared too if a friend of mine were to be contemplating suicide. Good question. Mainly, in some jurisdictions, an act or incomplete act of suicide is considered to be a crime. More commonly, a surviving party member who assisted in the suicide attempt will face criminal charges.
@Yoshibear1998 It’s harmful for many reasons; 1st it’s a sin: any sex outside marriage (heterosexual or homosexual) defiles the body of the committers &is prohibited by God according to His Word(1 Corinthians 6:18–20).I suggest that u not b rushing to do any sexual activity until u r married.Think about how special u r now&of how wonderful of a gift ur purity will b to ur husband who has also saved himself for only for you.If u truly love each other, you each will wait.Don’t re-gift yourself.
@Yoshibear1998 2nd the gay life is a sad life. Accounts from former homosexuals testify that ‘gays’ need to be helped—not to see their behaviour as ‘normal’, but to lay it aside. One study has shown that 40 per cent of homosexuals believed they were psychologically disturbed. Other studies show that attempted suicide and thoughts of suicide are much higher among gays than heterosexuals.
@Yoshibear1998 3rd homosexual behavior would be a perversion of the sexual organs’ purpose, and a use of the sexual drive in a way for which it was not designed. Misuses such as this could result in negative repercussions, including disease and tissue damage involving not only the sexual organs, but the total sex drive and its associated responses. Whenever something is used for a purpose other than that for which it was designed, a clear risk of damage or other problems exists.
@Yoshibear1998 4th homosexual practices commonly transmit many diseases which are uncommon among heterosexuals. Ppl choosing to be homosexual studies show are often very promiscuous thus increasing chance of diseases.Estimates of the infectious disease rate among homosexuals is about ten times higher than that of the general population for hepatitis A,B and including urethritis, viral herpes, pediculosis infestation and others & for venereal disease 22 times higher than the national average.
I see nothing wrong with suicide. I have contemplated it many times myself, and I see nothing wrong with someone deciding that they want to end their lives and possibly find some peace.
@Ni73sh4d3 Murder is intentionally taking an innocent human life, and so covers abortion, suicide, infanticide and so-called ‘mercy killing’.
Are you a Darwinist? Gerard is.
Gerard: ‘ ... I think that some people may have an inability to cope… Maybe it is survival of the fittest, maybe some of us are meant to just give up, and maybe that would help the species.’
@FindingTruthToday No murder is "Murder is the unlawful killing of another human being with "malice aforethought"" (wikipedia). It is killing of ANOTHER human being. I do believe the human gene pool is incredibly polluted and am considering not having children because of my own faulty genes, among other reasons. That definition does not include abortion, or suicide, but it does include the others and I am against those completely.
@FindingTruthToday Life? Life is much more important because it is the only one we have. I don't know how I'm here, but I am and I intend to make the most out of my short time here before I'm gone. To do my best to leave the world a better place than it was before I got here. Since I believe this is our one and only life, and that humanity is not going to be saved by anything other than itself.
@FindingTruthToday I am only seventeen, so I don't have many resources to use towards that goal yet. I have made a few lives better by volunteering for the Special Olympics. By better I mean to leave it in a more advanced and socially stable state than when I left. It is a lofty and probably unachievable goal I know.
@FindingTruthToday I personally find contemplation of suicide to be a normal response to the state of humanity and the world as a whole. Which is basically my reason.
@Ni73sh4d3 For what reason(s) do you, “personally find contemplation of suicide to be a normal response to the state of humanity and the world as a whole.”
@FindingTruthToday First I would like to thank you for you're amazing quoting skills, many on youtube could take a lesson from you; and I am serious. Second because of the utterly depressing state of affairs. Humanity is on the brink of its own destruction and will take much of the current life on the earth with it if something does not change drastically and fast.
@Ni73sh4d3 If atheism is true (meaning there is no God who created everything and giving us purpose) and we are merely a chance happening, does it really matter if, “Humanity is on the brink of its own destruction and will take much of the current life on the earth with it if something does not change drastically and fast.” And “utterly depressing state of affairs.” If atheism is true, what will be, will be, without hope, right? As Richard Dawkins says, it’s just “Blind, Pitiless Indifference”
@FindingTruthToday First of all I don't see how the mere existence of a god gives us purpose. Second it would not matter to the rest of the universe unless there is other life out there that would care, which is likely. However, it would matter to me and many people, because if it was all chance then life is even more miraculous for not only coming into existence but lasting this long. Life to me and many other is beautiful and more than worth saving, but that is subjective.
@Ni73sh4d3 true, the mere existence of a god doesn't give us any purpose as only one God exists who does give to us purpose. you may want to read these articles I wrote to help you better understand what a Christian following Jesus believes: A Stark Difference than that of Atheist Teachings-ht tp://ht.l y/5jusS What is our life’s meaning? @Ni73sh4d3 From your comments, you don't seem to understand what a Christian believes and also from your comments, you don't care to know either. It's your choice to do with your live what you want.
You say that you were a "devout believer," what does that mean?
@FindingTruthToday I believed the bible was 100% right. I believed in a god and prayed to him every day. Wanted to go to church but my father had to work a lot. There was no doubt in my mind that there was a god and that Jesus was his son and my savior. That the only way to heaven was to believe in him and follow the moral rules outlined in the bible.
" Suicide is murdering one's self. Murder is against God's commandments and thus is a sin and if you murder yourself, you don't have any opportunity to repent of your act of self-murder."
"a person that does not repent of their sins and does't accept Christ Jesus as full payment for their sins goes to what is commonly called today, Hell."
There is where you have said suicides go to hell in your video and comments. Those are direct quotes.
"Suicide is murdering one's self. Murder is against God's commandments and thus is a sin and if you murder yourself, you don't have any opportunity to repent of your act of self-murder."
You pretty much did say his brother was going to hell. Or what do you say happens?
@thezoomharry Suicide is murdering one’s self and murder is against God’s commandments and thus is sin and one who murders one’s self doesn’t have an opportunity to repent of his/her act of self-murder. I do not know if your brother repented of his sins and if he had accepted Jesus as full payment for his sins nor do I know your brother’s mental condition thus I don’t know where your brother is nor does anyone else who is living know because I nor is anyone else God.
@thezoomharry I stand behind my comment. Suicide is murdering one’s self and murder is against God’s commandments and thus is sin and one who murders one’s self doesn’t have an opportunity to repent of his/her act of self-murder.
"I stand behind my comment. Suicide is murdering one’s self and murder is against God’s commandments and thus is sin and one who murders one’s self doesn’t have an opportunity to repent of his/her act of self-murder."
So what do you say happens to a person that does not repent of their sins?
@thezoomharry a person that does not repent of their sins and does't accept Christ Jesus as full payment for their sins goes to what is commonly called today, Hell.
@FindingTruthToday - Are you addressing thezoomharry or me? You should at least have the decency to address me. What you've done is to skirt all around saying that suicides go to hell, implying it in every way possible. Then, when you are asked a direct question, you answer another person in the thread. I have my answer. You are a completely dishonest person.
@Christheatheist1 When it comes to someone’s eternal life, I do not play games. Everyone who does not repent of their sin and accept Jesus Christ as full payment for their sin goes to what is commonly called today, Hell.
The fact that I don't know if your brother repented of his sin and had accepted Jesus as full payment for his sins, I don't know if he went to Heaven or if he went to Hell. I hope that your brother had repented and had accepted Jesus as full payment for his sin.
@Christheatheist1 So with your claim of being rational, are you going to repent of your sins and accept Christ Jesus as full payment for your sins? Those who repent of their sins and accept Christ Jesus as full payment of their sins are guaranteed forgiveness and acceptance into Heaven as those who do not, are not.
@FindingTruthToday - Whatever you personally believe, putting a video up on a public website which implies that suicides go to hell is tasteless and wrong. Do you think of the feelings of these people's children? You are a clueless sociopath. Your religion has twisted your sense of right and wrong.
@Christheatheist1 The video and article are here to hopefully persuade people from committing suicide. Nowhere in the video nor article does it say that people who commit suicide go to Hell… I pray in Jesus name that you repent of your sins, accept Christ Jesus as full payment for your sins and that you do not commit suicide.
@thezoomharry yes, I stand by my statement; "a person that does not repent of their sins and does't accept Christ Jesus as full payment for their sins goes to what is commonly called today, Hell."
@thezoomharry I also stand by my statement, "Suicide is murdering one’s self and murder is against God’s commandments and thus is sin and one who murders one’s self doesn’t have an opportunity to repent of his/her act of self-murder."
@thezoomharry I also stand behind this statement; I do not know if your nor if anyone has repented of his/her sins and if he/she has accepted Jesus as full payment for his/her sins nor do I know anyone’s mental condition thus I don’t know where people go nor does anyone else who is living know because I nor is anyone else God.
@FindingTruthToday I stand behind this too: “For God so loved the world that He gave His only Begotten Son so that whomever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son.” John 3:16-18
He might not be a sociopath but I have to say that to put "suicide" in a youtube video title, a word that emotionaly injured people or people in pain with a terminal illness would put into a search and then to tell those people that if they are going to burn in hell if the take their life is a foul thing. As a rational human I apologize for what this man has said. I appreciate your brother's courage and hope you treasure his memory.
@Christheatheist1 Which is worse, someone knowing there’s an intimate danger and telling others about it or someone knowing an intimate danger and not telling anyone about it?
@Christheatheist1 They are very wise. You need to explain to your niece and nephews “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son [Jesus], that whoever believes in him [Jesus] shall not perish but have eternal life and that the Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with everyone, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. Your dad was a wise man and I’m sure he before the end believed in Jesus."
@FindingTruthToday - I would never encourage my brothers children to believe in a religion that condemns him to hell for the manner in which he died. You however, are a pig for making the families of suicide victims suffer additional pain. Your religion does not excuse your lack of taste and regard for others' feelings.
@Christheatheist1 I too would never encourage your brothers children to believe in a religion that condemns him to hell for the manner in which he died. That's why I gave you the quotes from the Bible for you to read to them.
@thezoomharry Which is worse, someone knowing there’s an intimate danger and telling others about it or someone knowing an intimate danger and not telling anyone about it?
@Christheatheist1 To answer your question to me; “Do you believe suicides go to hell? Straight answer, Yes or no.” The Bible doesn’t give a “yes” or “no” answer to suicides going to hell. The Bible does state why a person goes to what is commonly called today, Hell. Per the Bible, a person that does not repent of their sins and doesn’t accept Christ Jesus as full payment for their sins goes to what is commonly called today, Hell.
@FindingTruthToday - You will do anything to weasel out of it, won't you? But you've said it anyway. You believe that my brother went to hell. That makes this video offensive. Understand?
@Christheatheist1 I've clearly answered your questions and have told you that I don't know if your brother went to hell or not because I don't know if he repented of his sins and accepted Jesus Christ as his savior or not.
@thezoomharry a person that does not repent of his/her sins and does't accept Christ Jesus as full payment for their sins goes to what is commonly called today, Hell."The Lord God is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with everyone, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance."2 Pet 3:9 So a wise person would come to repentance as God gives everyone time to do so, even to those who commit suicide before they murder themselves.
@FindingTruthToday "Suicide is murdering one's self. Murder is against God's commandments and thus is a sin and if you murder yourself, you don't have any opportunity to repent of your act of self-murder"
You don't seem to mention time to repent here. (Doesn't matter to me other to mention it, nobody has to repent, that is made up.)
@FindingTruthToday - Six years ago, my brother took his own life because he was suffering from a terminal illness. Because I do not believe in hell, I realize that he simply ceased to exist. His children do believe and if they were to run across this video on youtube they would be disturbed by the ridiculous claim that he was sent to Hell for committing suicide.
@FindingTruthToday - "Suicide is murdering one's self. Murder is against God's commandments and thus is a sin and if you murder yourself, you don't have any opportunity to repent of your act of self-murder." So, if you don't have the opportunity to repent from your sin, where do you go? No more dancing around. State your belief in this matter, or you will bare out my accusation of dishonesty.
@Christheatheist1 everyone who doesn't repent of their sin and accept Christ Jesus as full payment for their sin goes to what is commonly called today, Hell. Seeing that I don't know if your brother repented of his sin and had accepted Jesus as full payment for his sins, I don't know if he went to Heaven or if he went to Hell.
I'll tell you straight out: When a person is asked a straight question and refuses to give a straight answer, that indicates that they have something to hide. It's no mystery what you are hiding. You don't even need to hide the truth about your religion. It's your effort to twist meanings, dance around questions and conceal what you truly believe that makes you dishonest. And THAT reflects upon your religion. If God is so wonderful, why must you lie to prop him up?
@Christheatheist1 The Bible teaches against all but one religion which is the only
Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world. James 1:27

Christheatheist1 8 months ago
@Christheatheist1 What question of yours did I not answer?
FindingTruthToday 8 months ago
@FindingTruthToday - You are playing games and I refuse to be led around like this. Do you believe suicides go to hell? Straight answer, Yes or no.
Christheatheist1 8 months ago
@Christheatheist1 When it comes to someone’s eternal life, I do not play games. Everyone who does not repent of their sin and accept Jesus Christ as full payment for their sin goes to what is commonly called today, Hell.
The fact that I don't know if your brother repented of his sin and had accepted Jesus as full payment for his sins, I don't know if he went to Heaven or if he went to Hell. I hope that your brother had repented and had accepted Jesus as full payment for his sin.
FindingTruthToday 8 months ago
@FindingTruthToday - My brother was rational, as I am.
Christheatheist1 8 months ago
@Christheatheist1 So with your claim of being rational, are you going to repent of your sins and accept Christ Jesus as full payment for your sins? Those who repent of their sins and accept Christ Jesus as full payment of their sins are guaranteed forgiveness and acceptance into Heaven as those who do not, are not.
FindingTruthToday 8 months ago
@FindingTruthToday - Whatever you personally believe, putting a video up on a public website which implies that suicides go to hell is tasteless and wrong. Do you think of the feelings of these people's children? You are a clueless sociopath. Your religion has twisted your sense of right and wrong.
Christheatheist1 8 months ago
@Christheatheist1 The video and article are here to hopefully persuade people from committing suicide. Nowhere in the video nor article does it say that people who commit suicide go to Hell… I pray in Jesus name that you repent of your sins, accept Christ Jesus as full payment for your sins and that you do not commit suicide.
FindingTruthToday 8 months ago
@FindingTruthToday
These are your statements. Do you stand by them?
thezoomharry 8 months ago
@thezoomharry yes, I stand by my statement; "a person that does not repent of their sins and does't accept Christ Jesus as full payment for their sins goes to what is commonly called today, Hell."
FindingTruthToday 8 months ago
@thezoomharry I also stand by my statement, "Suicide is murdering one’s self and murder is against God’s commandments and thus is sin and one who murders one’s self doesn’t have an opportunity to repent of his/her act of self-murder."
FindingTruthToday 8 months ago
@thezoomharry I also stand behind this statement; I do not know if your nor if anyone has repented of his/her sins and if he/she has accepted Jesus as full payment for his/her sins nor do I know anyone’s mental condition thus I don’t know where people go nor does anyone else who is living know because I nor is anyone else God.
FindingTruthToday 8 months ago
@FindingTruthToday I stand behind this too: “For God so loved the world that He gave His only Begotten Son so that whomever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son.” John 3:16-18
FindingTruthToday 8 months ago
@FindingTruthToday
So You stand behind the statement that if a person kills themselves they are sent to hell?
thezoomharry 8 months ago
@thezoomharry you show you need a reading comprehension course because you distorted what I typed.
FindingTruthToday 8 months ago
@Christheatheist1
I appreciate your brother's courage and hope you treasure his memory.
thezoomharry 8 months ago
@thezoomharry - Thank you for your kind words. And I agree 100%
Christheatheist1 8 months ago
@Christheatheist1 Which is worse, someone knowing there’s an intimate danger and telling others about it or someone knowing an intimate danger and not telling anyone about it?
FindingTruthToday 8 months ago
@FindingTruthToday - Do you mean "imminent danger?" There is no danger. God is not real, therefore hell is not real.
Christheatheist1 8 months ago
@Christheatheist1 yes, "imminent"
so why then are you so concerned about this video and article if you know beyond all doubt that hell is not real?
FindingTruthToday 8 months ago
@FindingTruthToday - Because my very young niece and nephews don't.
Christheatheist1 8 months ago
@Christheatheist1 They are very wise. You need to explain to your niece and nephews “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son [Jesus], that whoever believes in him [Jesus] shall not perish but have eternal life and that the Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with everyone, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. Your dad was a wise man and I’m sure he before the end believed in Jesus."
FindingTruthToday 8 months ago
@Christheatheist1 then point your niece and nephews to John 3:16 and 2 Peter 3:9
FindingTruthToday 8 months ago
@FindingTruthToday - I would never encourage my brothers children to believe in a religion that condemns him to hell for the manner in which he died. You however, are a pig for making the families of suicide victims suffer additional pain. Your religion does not excuse your lack of taste and regard for others' feelings.
Christheatheist1 8 months ago
@Christheatheist1 I too would never encourage your brothers children to believe in a religion that condemns him to hell for the manner in which he died. That's why I gave you the quotes from the Bible for you to read to them.
FindingTruthToday 8 months ago
@FindingTruthToday - So, rather than standing by what your religion states, you want to distance yourself from the ugly bits and blame it on God. Wow
Christheatheist1 8 months ago
@Christheatheist1 you have a really bad reading comprehension issue don’t you... you know that’s not what I said.
FindingTruthToday 8 months ago
@FindingTruthToday - You don't want to actually be the one to say he goes to Hell. You just want his kids to read about it. Got it
Christheatheist1 8 months ago
@Christheatheist1 do you even read what I've been typing?
FindingTruthToday 8 months ago
@thezoomharry seems like you encourage murder?
FindingTruthToday 8 months ago
@thezoomharry Which is worse, someone knowing there’s an intimate danger and telling others about it or someone knowing an intimate danger and not telling anyone about it?
FindingTruthToday 8 months ago
@Christheatheist1 To answer your question to me; “Do you believe suicides go to hell? Straight answer, Yes or no.” The Bible doesn’t give a “yes” or “no” answer to suicides going to hell. The Bible does state why a person goes to what is commonly called today, Hell. Per the Bible, a person that does not repent of their sins and doesn’t accept Christ Jesus as full payment for their sins goes to what is commonly called today, Hell.
FindingTruthToday 8 months ago
@FindingTruthToday - You will do anything to weasel out of it, won't you? But you've said it anyway. You believe that my brother went to hell. That makes this video offensive. Understand?
Christheatheist1 8 months ago
@Christheatheist1 I've clearly answered your questions and have told you that I don't know if your brother went to hell or not because I don't know if he repented of his sins and accepted Jesus Christ as his savior or not.
FindingTruthToday 8 months ago
@thezoomharry a person that does not repent of his/her sins and does't accept Christ Jesus as full payment for their sins goes to what is commonly called today, Hell."The Lord God is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with everyone, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance."2 Pet 3:9 So a wise person would come to repentance as God gives everyone time to do so, even to those who commit suicide before they murder themselves.
FindingTruthToday 8 months ago
@FindingTruthToday "Suicide is murdering one's self. Murder is against God's commandments and thus is a sin and if you murder yourself, you don't have any opportunity to repent of your act of self-murder"
You don't seem to mention time to repent here. (Doesn't matter to me other to mention it, nobody has to repent, that is made up.)
thezoomharry 8 months ago
I find this video offensive.
Christheatheist1 8 months ago
@Christheatheist1 in what way do you find this video "offensive" to you?
FindingTruthToday 8 months ago
@FindingTruthToday - Six years ago, my brother took his own life because he was suffering from a terminal illness. Because I do not believe in hell, I realize that he simply ceased to exist. His children do believe and if they were to run across this video on youtube they would be disturbed by the ridiculous claim that he was sent to Hell for committing suicide.
Christheatheist1 8 months ago
@Christheatheist1 where in the video did I say that your brother was sent to hell?
FindingTruthToday 8 months ago
@FindingTruthToday - Here again, dishonesty. Do you think this dishonesty is lost on your God?
Christheatheist1 8 months ago
@Christheatheist1 For what reason do you say I am showing, “dishonesty” towards you?
FindingTruthToday 8 months ago
@FindingTruthToday - "Suicide is murdering one's self. Murder is against God's commandments and thus is a sin and if you murder yourself, you don't have any opportunity to repent of your act of self-murder." So, if you don't have the opportunity to repent from your sin, where do you go? No more dancing around. State your belief in this matter, or you will bare out my accusation of dishonesty.
Christheatheist1 8 months ago
@Christheatheist1 everyone who doesn't repent of their sin and accept Christ Jesus as full payment for their sin goes to what is commonly called today, Hell. Seeing that I don't know if your brother repented of his sin and had accepted Jesus as full payment for his sins, I don't know if he went to Heaven or if he went to Hell.
FindingTruthToday 8 months ago
I'll tell you straight out: When a person is asked a straight question and refuses to give a straight answer, that indicates that they have something to hide. It's no mystery what you are hiding. You don't even need to hide the truth about your religion. It's your effort to twist meanings, dance around questions and conceal what you truly believe that makes you dishonest. And THAT reflects upon your religion. If God is so wonderful, why must you lie to prop him up?
Christheatheist1 8 months ago
@Christheatheist1 The Bible teaches against all but one religion which is the only
Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world. James 1:27
FindingTruthToday 8 months ago
@FindingTruthToday - Who ever said the Bible is true? If it's so pure and faultless, why lie like a dog to prop it up?
Christheatheist1 8 months ago
@Christheatheist1 My sympathy to you for the loss of your brother.
