  • Hey medic, love the video. Honestly just started watching for the crawling and now after watching your videos I own too many cars! I really like the low down shots next to the track. Not really seen that done before. Looks sick bro :)

  • are the chassis driveshaft aluminum etc. because i wanan buy one but only if i can mod it up with better engine etc without brekaing it

  • @angrygunsmith

The drive shafts are hard plastic but can be upgraded to aluminuim either from the seller or from ebat bewteen 5-20 dollars

  • @noodlehat so you think thats basically the only upgrade neccesary for a kickass powerful motor right.

  • @angrygunsmith

If i remember correctly the stock motor in the TT-01 is a 27turn motor....which is very durable. There are many motors out there that are better than this, but it will do unless your getting semi-serious about competing . The first upgrades you would be looking at are, drive shaft, steering arms and suspension as these are the the items that seem to break most often in a collision. Also a heat sink. Personally my TT-01s are running Brush-less setups now.

  • @noodlehat ok cool tt-01 seems like a fast car stock, is it RWD or AWD. I just want something to bash around with. ebay best place to buy these im form syd australia

  • @angrygunsmith

They are fast cars, you will find that most "Stock class" aka no modification, comps will consist of TT-01s, HPI sprint 2s and Colts. The TT-01 is AWD, if your looking to drift, you will need to lock the rear diff. This can be done by either hot-gluing or just stick some blutac up in there. Alternatively you can buy a TT-01 D spec which is setup for drifting. Im in Brisbane, So im not sure of suppliers in NSW but for an Ready to Run kit, it will set you back $250-$300 AUD.

  • @noodlehat

My cars are the Black/pink Corvette[TT-01], Red mustang[HPI Sprint] and Black and white skyline[colt]. watch?v=C80iruD7rnQ

  • @angrygunsmith

I bought my Ready to Run kit 3 years ago from an eBay store called OZ-RC. They are located in Brisbane but do ship products and are relatively cheap.

  • i like ferrari its fast!

  • nice litlle cars :) the sound they make is sweet :)

  • want the green car looks sick :)

  • I love at 0:46 that car gets taken out and you can here the dude laugh at him. LMAO

  • these are electric right?

  • l luv the tt-01.

  • damn if only real cars could pull of cornering speeds equal to their scale counterparts... :( nice vid tho. LOVE the enzo!!!

  • andayaa yo creia que era de gasofa

  • Sorry I'm on my iPod i just accidentally clicked post what I was saying was will you plz reply to my comment on tt01r drift part like I think 5 idk thx

  • Hey thx will you

  • what cars are these

  • @brooksslash Tamiya TT01's Google them for availability and cost

  • @djmedic2008 how would you compare these to the hpi sprint 2s?

  • @ZackXJ truthfully bro.. I have no experience with the hpi sprint .. sorry bud

  • @djmedic2008 lol, alright man thanks, i love all your videos man keep em coming

  • @djmedic2008 omg esos manes ya deben ser expertos en esa pista casi ni se chocaban :)

  • @ZackXJ

TT-01s compared tot he sprint 2s are far more reliable. Solid Tub style chassis which is sturdy enough for beginners but durable enough for intermediate drivers. Over the TT-01 is the ultimate beginners car aswell a shave many many upgrades available.

  • @noodlehat thanks for the info man. maybe after im done building my crawler ill start on one of these. they look pretty fun.

  • @ZackXJ

    No problem

I own both a HPI sprint 2 and a 2 Tamiya TT-01s, One for racing and one for drifting. My HPI is the car i let my friends drive/have a go at if there thinking about getting into the hobby.

  • @ZackXJ i would go with hpi more easier to find and obtain parts and upgrades

  • And how much would one of these go for?

  • Those cars look like they belong in a Toys R Us, but damn are they fast.

  • is the orange one drifting

  • how fast does these go?

  • i know the driver to the green 1 is hot butter @ 0:49 when the turn marshall steps rite in his path

  • I have a tt-01, and i'm thinking about racing. Do you know what is a good gear ratio for my car if i'm racing stock?

  • i like the green challenger then nissan 350z

  • is the ferrai enzo kit like theTAMIYA TT01 R kit

  • lol this is the best rc racing video that i have seen on youtube.u should post more like this

  • @harry3097 Lol... thanks Harry... I actually have quite a few racing videos on my channel.. i usually get right down with the cars for a "drivers eye view". Thanks for commenting!

  • @djmedic2008 my pleasure.ohhhhhh and one more question. what is the size of these magic rc cars. because i have one which is about 50 cm

  • what is the scale?

  • too bad the floor is carpet. It would look nice if it was shiny =P

  • they seem like theyre running stock motors... are they?

  • @MrSupra95 yup.. all stock in this class. Good eye!

  • the dark green has bad gear ratio

  • The dark green one fails 2 times in that vidio :P

  • they are this good...

  • cool:)

  • Very nice :D

  • A GREAT SHIT!

  • lol @ 1:21

  • cool vid. i also like it where in some of your videos you interview the drivers about their actual set-ups. it gives us newbies ideas on what racers actually use.

  • @RandomJenkinson9 better than good its the BEST u can change it to drift tyres and it is the most famous on road model

  • Whew, those guys are good. I can only imagine how fast they'd be going on a banked corner track! Quite impressive how well they stick to the "road".
