Once saw three hoodlums escape a cab and make a run for it..cabbie was hot on their tail!
Feel sorry for the cab driver in this video, he obviously works hard and late at night, he probably doesn't make much money, the last thing he needs is someone to stiff him on the fare.
The white dude is obviously intoxicated and the cabbie picked him up cause he is white and now the white dude wont pay. It serves the cabbie right for being stupid!

Used to meet such cool people down there,(Washington SQ PArk) Now these little pricks won't even give ya the time of day unless your wearing skinny jeans and drinking a skinny latte
@cnote05 Yep. I used to hang in that area in the late 80s / early 90s. There were true artists and characters back then, and real people. You would go to a bar and meet real people (I know it sounds stupid saying so, but that's how I feel). Now, all these younger guys are all metrosexual, act more uppity and are just not interesting. And the dimwit girls they hang with are all snotty, wear big sunglasses and are critical of anyone who is not like them. NY is turning into a hipster mall.

This happens usually as i drive cab some times.the thing is TLC rules r made only for driver and thats why these people r misusing them,the TLC rule says if a customer dont want to pay u,let them go no matter whr u take them, u cant refuse any customer so u have to give them ride.u cant argue with them,cant ask them for money because TLC will take ur licence.NYC TLC is the most biased organization in the WORLD.n yea dont lock the door to call police because u will get ticket its against freedom
From what I was barley able to make out; I think the guy should have paid the cab driver AND THEN followed the established procedures for filling a complaint against the cab driver in NYC. I belive there are established methods every major city here in the USA for filing such complaints @ more things: 1. this is why some cab companies are installing cameras inside the cabs 2. stuff like this has caused many cab drivers to ask me to show them the MONEY first before they take me.
