  • where did you get the magazine with all the defferent pump?

where can i buy cheap pumps like that online? Thanks..

  • Great Video JB! Hows it Going? Hey when are you going to do a new video?

  • HI i was wondering the book you were reading the pump specs out of.how can i get one.thanks.also i have red slime algee will that reactor cure that in my 75gal?thanks

  • Tell me please which pump brand and model number are you using for phosban reactor??

  • Nice video Very helpful

  • @canonxsi79 thanks

  • Jbliss ,I had a phosphat problem so I used rowa phos in my reactor for 1 month and the phosphates were undetectable....recently there was a reef a paloza convention in costa Mesa and all I saw were bio plastics in reators that remove phosphates and nitrates...so I recently started using the two little fishes bio plastics,,,,should I go back to rowa phos??????

  • can somebody pls tell me what is the diameter of this reactor? pls i need to know ASAP

  • @1chomps twolittlefishies . com /documents /1202405781 .pdf

  • @1chomps take out the spaces, youtube doest let me post websites

  • @theprankster5000 FOR THE MOST PART, YES. FOR A FISH ONLY SYSTEM, I WOULD JUST HAVE A UV, PUMP, AND SOME DECENT LIGHTS. THE EXCESS EQUIPMENT IS ONLY WHEN YOU GO REEF.

  • What if you turn off let's say the protein skimmer do the flow inside the reactor change or does it stay the same.

  • @prjdmdriver IF THE reactor is ON ITS OWN individual pump then nothing changes and if its not then you may have to adjust it slightly.

  • If I got a 55gl tank how much phosban media do I need to dose in the reactor?

  • @prjdmdriver The Amount of ROWA®phos required to remove phosphate at 3ppm: 100 ml packet of ROWAphos Fresh Water Aquarium: 200 US gal Salt Water Aquarium: 100 US gal 250 ml packet of ROWAphos Freshwater Aquarium: 500 US gal Salt Water Aquarium: 250 US gal 500 ml packet of ROWAphos Freshwater Aquarium: 1,000 US gal Salt Water Aquarium: 500 US gal 1,000 ml packet of ROWAphos Freshwater Aquarium: 2,000 US gal Salt Water Aquarium: 1,000 US gal
  • hey jbliss i have recently got a phosban reactor but i think i dont have enough media in it could i mix rowaphos with chemi pure to make up the 5inches in the reactor or do i haave to order another rowaphos ..... any help is appreciated

  • @bikeboss11 Never mix products, it's the best way to go down hill fast. Like a motorcycle with no brake. I now strictly use RowaPhos in my reactor and swap it every four months. Work for me like a charm

  • @jbliss2000007 ok kool, makes sense... 2mrw i will run out and see if my lfs has it thx for yur help bro

  • Hey thanks so much. I'm just starting out. I have a 60 gal. Reef and a 30 gal sump with the 125 coralife super skimmer and I just turned on my 160 phosban react. Glad you showed me what to do.

  • @ginjohnson60 NO problem any video you would like to see please let me know and I can get it done

  • MINES :)

  • @muffemod Lol. New update coming soon.

  • Hey i just bought one exactly the same the one you got. took me 5 minutes to installed to the sum. works beautifully.

  • @73reddragon They are pretty good but you must monitor the reactor daily for errors.

  • the are pretty good but you must monitor the reactor daily for errors.

  • Oh and nice tank by the way! I love the layout, the coral choice, the fish choice. Just everything!!! It's a great looking reef and definitely catches the eye!!

  • @iwimp1994 Lol thanks, i going to try out reef results nitro-gen-exit Pro-Biotic Pellets also

  • @jbliss2000007 I've heard very good things about those. I might set some up soon on my system soon.

  • Good video. But I would recommend the Rowa-phos when you replace that media. It has tested a lot better and stronger. Good luck!

  • @iwimp1994 replacing to Rowa-phos today thanks

  • great video...i plan on buying a phosban 150 too and i also live in miami so i called two little fishies but they dont sell to indiviuals...So how can i order from them. thanks.

  • @vdre3 you can a phosban reactor from petsolutions for 41.99, the PhosBan for 17.99, and the ViaAqua Water Pumps for 6.99 all from them. I will be switching to the PhosBlaster Multi Media Max I made by reefresults soon so stay tuned for that and the reasons why. Overall it works perfect with no issues. I got my own reef club also if you wanna join since you live in miami.

  • @jbliss2000007 yeah sure np, just let me know....btw im a noob in the hobby just about 6 months into so far.

  • @vdre3 lol, me too began 07/19/2010

  • @vdre3 Sorry for the late response order Through petsolutions

  • Nice video....does it make a difference if the return line for the reactor feeds back into the sump or directly into the reef tank?

  • @gmoney1961 It's better to feed it back to the tank but I have kids and visiting kids, so not the best option forme lol. Thanks for posting.

  • great video bro keep up the good work....

  • @cbr900rr Thank man, trying to find new ideas for videos, I think the next one is going to be water change for big tanks. Tahnk again.

  • show use your tank plz

  • @bobthercperson J.B.'s Saltwater Reef Tank Renavation 12/2010 is a new video of the tank but I did add a super green torch and a bicolor blenny after that. My trigger tried tried to eat the blenny when I first put it in which was Thursday, Dec. 23, 2010. The video was done the day before.
