I like Reveille a lot, but I do NOT consider them "nu-metal." Sevendust was nu-metal, this is not in the same category. No better or worse, just not nu-metal.

@dagongshow Are you kidding me? It has all to make up for nu-metal. It's pretty clear that this is rap and rock combined, which is a basic way to describe nu-metal. Nu-metal is a metal core with rap/hiphop elements. The rapping in this song being the rap elements.

Not every band in the same genre are going to sound alike, that would be boring. So what if they don't sound like Sevendust? Point is, is that there isn't a reason that this isn't nu metal.

Further more, it's an alright song.

Wish these guys were still around. Saw them a number of times in the Michigan/Detroit area. I saw them at Clutch Cargos and the singer did a back flip off the top of the balcony PA speaker into the crowd. We ran into them again the night before Ozzfest 2000 and the guys in the band introduced us to a number of the bands playing there (Disturbed, Godsmack, Pantera, Nonpoint, Taproot to name a few) and partied with them.
