I have to wonder if the people complaining about this steam cleaner have even bought one and used it. I bought one about 2 months ago and I have to say that I love it. I rarely ever buy items online due to you hardly get what you pay for, but this was a GREAT investment that I only ordered after I read the rating that Consumer Digest gave it and it was considered one of their 'Hot Items' of 2010, going up against much more expensive and complicated mops. And they were right!
I have one and it works great I absoulutly LOVE it!! And it came out before the shark!! With the H20 mop you spend 100 bucks with Shark you have to spend 100 for the mop and another 80 for the hand-held part!! Shark=rip off!!
Before I got the H2O MOP ULTRA my life was miserable. Now that I have it I am a delighted person. If you want a happy life too, get it now! (fake smile)

i got my mop yesterday and absolutely love it, my floor was a little bit wet but was dry in no longer than 10 mins. all marks were removed and my floor is now white not grey, love it
I bought this mop and it works great. I just cleaned a stove I bought used and the mop got it completely clean. If you want to save money, then this is the mop for you. Why pay over $200 for a steam mop. That's crazy people. Some people are so picky picky.
I love this steam mop. I had the origional one and then recently got the ultra. I love the way it cleans more floors. Much cleaner than with a sponge mop.
@Rockchick335 I thought the same thing. My mom got this for Christmas and I tried it. IT IS UNBELIEVABLE. It really works. Now I feel kind of silly for not believing it from the beginning but it seemed to good to be true.
i am actually using it now and i couldnt find my book for it so i thought i would come on here and see the video and yes it does leave your floors wet and i have to use a towel to wipe up the water
@jeevans22 It doesn't leave my floor wet... not any more than mopping at any rate. The water is hot and most of it evaporates right away. What is left on the floor dries up in a couple of minutes.
@guinness61ps3 maybe you need to change the microfibre cloth or a filter or whatever. i have noticed that not all things are made the same when it comes to this type of cheaper stuff because they are usually introducing smth new and dont kno how ppl will react to it, and when they do they have to fabricate more of them quickly. steamers have been there 4 a long time, if u want the perfect steamer u shud look for a brand that has been creating them since the beginning, like karcher for example.
