Eugenics are the future and the future of the NHS is Eugenics. More money for vaccines that will rid society of the sick, the poor and the old. The price of medication is not free as the bill is picked up by the tax payer. Therefore it is in the interests of pharmaceutical companies to advertise as much of their products for testing on the public as possible!

Well I've actually used the NHS and found it clean, queues were reasonable and the treatment & care to be a very high standard. Also the nurse was very attractive. Haha.

IF the NHS is so good, why is a whole indutry of private health care growing in the UK. That would seem a contradiction wouldn't it? If it's good and it's free, why would people pay for private healthcare?

The difference is that private you got your own room and other "nice things to have", like your own TV etc.
