  • VERY nice, with only one issue: After the Death Star blows up, someone should say "They broke my watch!"

  • it fits it, i also love the HUT HUT HUT

    from the stormtroopers

    very original

  • lol and can u see the parallelism? the nazis and the dark forces....

  • beautiful work my friend

  • Imperial Officer: I've always loved you.

    Admiral Tarkin: >_>;;

  • OMG! This brings back good memories! Love both movies, and this mix was HILARIOUS!! You did an awesome job.

  • freakin' hillarious dude! nice one

  • I was expecting to hear Jake say "Hit it!" over Han's "Let's blow this thing..." line.

    Still brilliant, though.

  • Two great tastes that go great together. Outa sight!

  • Tom Malone power :P(The trombonist)

  • It's 106 light years to Dagoba, we've got a full tank of anti-matter, half a pack of death sticks, it's dark and we're wearing blast shields.

"we got to go to death star, we got to destroy it. BUUUULSHIT"^^

  • Damm! I started to laugh on second 2. Job well done.

  • This is the only truly funny thing I have.... fuckin hell top marks! ,,, you must have been stoned

  • That's soooooo great!

  • That theme works pretty well with this, well done.

  • R2D2, fix the lighter. ;-)

  • ELWOODDUKE stole my comment! my idea!=[ =[

  • Race to the ... end of time ...

  • You should have tossed in a "They broke my watch!" at the end.

  • Yes that would have been the cherry on the cake, lol

  • and Vader is Luke's ex-fiance, and Leila is the Pengiun:-)

  • Cool!!!

  • Te lo digo en español. SOPLAPOLLAS

  • 106 mile to the death star, gota full fule cylinder unit, half a pack of tabaco sticks, its dark, and were wearin UV ray protection units. FULL POWER!!!

  • Doesn't quite have the smae snap... but still brilliant!

  • thanks

  • Haha, that's a fun one and good idea btw

  • Nice video, and like others here have said, there's other parts of the movie that could be added. Blues Brothers ftw.

  • Nice work. Some of the comments here provide good material. Perhaps a second edition.

  • Nothing to do with the end scene but when Luke and Obi Won go into the bar on Luke's home planet, the band should be singing the 'quando quando quando' song. Most of the rest of the BB lounge scene can be dubbed into the Star Wars bar. I can picture the bartender saying to someone, "We got two honkeys out there dressed like Hasidic diamond merchants.."

  • When Darth was spinning off into space, "I'm gonna get those suckers, if it's the last thing I ever do!" When Lukes missles went into the vent shaft, "Son of a bitch!" followed by gun fire.

  • Funny, BUT you missed some good ones. When the rebels were getting in their fighters, "Its 106 miles to chicago..." would have worked there, as the rebels are flying towards the death star and the Imperial fighters first pop out "Shit! What? Rollers!....". As the rebel commanders are looking at the display, "I'll bet they've got SCMODS..." When any fighter blows up, "They broke my watch."

  • Who'd have thought to combine those two. My only critique is that it could be tightened up some but it would take shortening the song.

  • this is so funky. i like your sense of humor. lol!

  • you are genius my friend , thank you ,69vader

  • Great job. Editing is truly in the spirit of both films.

  • Great job on this.

  • LOL!!1

  • Neat job!

  • this actualy is better than what they had in the movie.

  • Well I liked it. I like Star Wars. I like blues. This was 244 seconds I'll never get back again and I'm feeling just fine about it. Thanks for the momentary diversion from a cold, unfeeling world run by imbeciles who care more about religion and money than other human beings.

  • No offense, but this was pretty weak. I mean all you did was take a clip from Star Wars and add music. You need more sound bits from the movie that we can actually hear.

It was how ever a funny concept.

  • if actualy look he has edited the film well because they both end at the same time. :)

  • Really, what is the point of this?

    a) It's not funny and b) It doesn't work together

What are you really trying to achieve with this?

  • I hear you! This is taking a piss on both these movies! Dont try again, please!

  • No it's not. You can watch both films at your leisure. Go and watch them - they are good films and this is an amusing mix.

  • its a song video

  • no it isn't, it's a random piece of film mixed with a random soundtrack.

    I just don't get it

  • When the police were chasing the blues bros luke skywalker was also on a mission, have you seen either film? 69vader

  • I've seen both films and I just see this effort as a complete waste of time.

The only connection really is Carrie Fisher and that's a little tenuous.

Now Jimmi Jammes bootleg I Am Your Father, that's what I call good, you should perhaps check it out.... if you can find it

  • Humourless prat. You pillock.

  • It wasn't supposed to be humourous.

And who still calls anyone a pillock!

    loser

  • You half-wit. You really are hard of understanding, aren't you? You prannet. What have you done with you life? Looked at youtube making comments about things people have created because you know you are too stupid and or lazy to do anything yourself. Please provide links to some of your work.

  • Brilliant.

  • Great song!!!

    Belushi is the best!

    Rest in peace mate!

  • nice edit~~~Hitlery sucks, Force is with/us

stuck in a memphis mobile again

    with the mormon/slash/star wars/blues again

Bob Dylan? Mormons? vote ron paul (l/r)

  • I HATE Illinois Nazis....

  • The only thing missing is Darth Vader saying "They broke my watch!"

  • this is great

  • good work LOL "I gotta pull over" classical blues bros sounds!

  • ...Reminds me of...Cowboy Bebop.

  • this is totaly how they should have made the movie, john williams was crap, its all about joliet jake and elwood

  • nah. that's... pretty stupid. you have to love em both for their clearly awesome (but different) brilliance

  • have you heard of this thing called humour? its not always litteral. take off that thumbs down man and i'll take off the one i'm puttin on you.

  • Yeah, i knew where you were comin from man. It wld be awesomely cool to see a star wars with blues bros soundtrack. i mean- i really love brues bros- i got "Made in America" and the soundtrack music. BUT, i just wanted to make a point that i also gots all the starwars soundtracks, Jurrasic Park, and Indiana Jones soundtrack and John Williams is a childhood idol for me. yeah, i was a little harsh. but maybe i wasn't really that funny what you said about poor old John.

  • Heyheyhey, i was just making a point buddy. i would give many things to be a blues brother. i love the music completely- have even played a few of their songs in my band. But also- i've got all the Star wars soundtracks, Jurrasic Park, and indiana Jones- because John williams is a bit of a childhood idol. Sorry i was a bit harsh on ya. but you're comment wasn't that funny anyway.

  • But maybe i do repeat myself a bit much

  • maybe

  • Two great classics in one. Good job!

  • Just lol man, sick stuff :)

  • LOL ! Hey guy, there's no words to describe how your brain must be completely devasted ! :o))) But it's so funny. Great idea. Thanks for making me laugh like crazy with a headphone on my head alone in my room in darklight at 2.30 am somewhere lost in Belgium.

  • Haha...Thanks, glad you liked it!

  • i half expected luke to say "yep, this is definitely lower wacker drive"

    lol, 5 stars

  • Reefer. Only someone smoking some serious shit could put these two together. AWESOME !

  • Awesome! Prolly one of the best videos I've seen on youtube!! And both my fave movies!! way to go man!

  • It's 106 miles to Chicago we got a full tank of gas 1/2 pack of cigerettes it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses. . . HIT IT

  • Lol, weird but cool. Grand Moff Tarkin reminds me too much of that Nazi.

  • siempre ha de haber un kapullo

  • 2 of my favorite movies growing up - merged for posterity!

  • loooooooollllll

  • That is really fucked up lol

  • lameo

  • Interesting.

  • very cool.

  • WOW! Who ever put the comment about putting Blues Bor's to the Exorcist or Texas Chainsaw Massacre is a GEnius! I must try THAT! ^^

  • wonderfully edited. i love the crossover! how did you think of it?

  • I don´t know how I get the idea. A lot of years ago I wanted to do that but all new, with friends for actors and toys for the X-Wings and Tie Fighters...But this was less complicated than creating all from zero...

  • good point. i love the jazz! great choice.

  • You are awesome never would've thought of this marriage, great job!

  • Funny...Star Wars deserved it. I do love the Blues Brothers though. Wonder if Heorge Lucas has seen this one yet...

  • mmm lo siento, pero no me agrada la música, quizá algo más activo

  • Fantastic! Blues with Star Wars... Someone can rewrite the soundtrack... (sorry 4 my english but i'm italian)...

  • I never would have considered the parallels between the final scenes of these two movies. After seeing this, I wonder if the sound track to the blues bro's car chase could make ANYTHING funny? Like over dub it on the Exoricst or Texas Chainsaw or something haha. Anyway much props man, I love this video. Also props on using the original starwars, and not the comprimised second draft!

  • WOW! IT FITS SO WELL! I am impressed!

  • Hahaha... Cute.

Good dub on "I gotta pull over."

  • SWEET !

  • here here! that was ... cool

  • That was SO ODD. But in a good way :)
