I am reading something I have already posted on my blog. I have a popular recovery blog and readers ask questions, so I then make videos answering the questions as well to benefit youtube viewers who are not blog readers. :)
...My friend found taking a science class on ovaries helped. I know this approach wouldn't be great for me because of the subjective way my mind works but I think that it doesn't sound silly women's studies helped you. Even if it did who cares if it helped!
