  • 9 people woke up suckin on a dick.

  • It takes me to another world.

  • unbelievalbe song writing power.

  • how can this be so fucking perfect? HOW?

  • i think he looks more like matt smith (doctor who)

  • he knows something that we don't know at 3:36

  • @erehtysi6676 He knows stuff no one knows all the time, goofy grin heh, nice

  • Why are they clapping to a beat that doesn't even exist...

  • Jonny and his Kaoss pad at it again

  • Johnny Greenwood. That's all I can say.

  • Thom Yorke is such a badass

  • 0:23 - Yesterday I woke up shaking a lemon

  • I like how Ed's just casually sitting there 0:40

  • Alemãaaao"!

  • 3:43 My precious...

  • i love how they do this. the rhythm and main melody are held solid the whole time, but Johnny and Ed (the two guys squatting down) can add these crazy random elements that give it a totally new feel.

  • can't wait to see the live in the basement performance of king of limbs, looks like ed will be relegated back to his 2000-2007 spot of sitting on the floor knobbing around with foot pedals lol

  • 5:15 "Yesterday I woke up sucking on lemons..."

-Stolen from a funny comment on the 'Reckoner Live from the basement' Video :D

  • 3:30 Thom York: Oh,they fucked up my voice.

  • Je suis drogué à cette chanson, j'en veux encore !

  • Can't knock the clapping, it kinda fits. Raving - which I did at the two Radiohead shows I went to - is debatable.

  • Ed at 0:40

"FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF- How does this work again!?!?!"

  • everything is in it's rght place ... when i listen to this song.

  • I was there, truely a magical moment!!!

  • When I die, I want to be buried inside of a Rhodes Mk I Suitcase Piano (or the speaker cabinet, at the very least :)

  • 0:40 Ed chose the wrong time to have a nervous breakdown

  • 8 people did not wake up sucking a lemon yesterday.

  • listen, listen, listen this is music!

  • 0:06 Best moment.

  • Brilliant. Enough said.

  • Jonny Greenwood is so awesome he makes playing a sampler look cool.

  • Radiohead, awesomeness in the studio and even moar awesomeness live!

    I love this song live!

    btw

Is it just me or is Johnny raping the equipment?

  • Listen to the Robert Glasper arrangement of this song. It is insane.

  • The clapping ruins this video.... fucking assholes

  • brilliant. absolutely brilliant. shit. radiohead is still 25 years ahead of popular music and 20 minutes ahead of creative culture.

    love this.

  • the clapping seems offbeat

  • @McBirdec

    the clapping SEEMS offbeat?

    it IS offbeat ..!

in a horribly annoying way too..

  • @staalman There are mics pointed at the crowd, which occasionally picks up the other speaker towers despite the distance from the tower from the main stage. It's very noticeable during Radiohead's set.

  • @McBirdec audience cant clap in 10/4

  • @McBirdec That's because sound doesn't travel fast enough, so they are clapping in the right beat, but the sound comes later.

  • @McBirdec Ever been to a concert? The crowd never has rhythm...

  • Johnny seems to be L from Death Note.

  • @antaewoo619 *Jonny ;)

  • i honestly feel like shooting myself for not knowing Radiohead soon enought aand not being born early enough to be able to go to this concert. I'm fucking speechless

  • I get sad watching radiohead leave the stage, even when I'm not there

  • I couldnt get enough of this song when I had the "I might be wrong" C.D. I played, it, and played, it, and played it. It never gets old.

  • @uh0oo The version of "Everything In its Right Place" on "I Might Be Wrong" Live recordings isnt very good :P

  • this song kicks so much ass live.

  • these people cant keep time for shit lol

  • @deemybug what do you mean by that? its in 10/4 so it'll of course sound out of time if your not aware of that

  • @kmcgimsey clapping in 10/4 is the same as clapping in 4/4 or 3/4. he's talking about how the crowd can't keep a beat.

  • @kmcgimsey - I mean the crowd! RH is solid, haha

  • @ptansani playing witht he echo effects and other cool things like that. its cool cuz its not overdub effects, they do all the cool stuff live and on the fly.

  • @ptansani

    PLAYING!

Ed is mucking about with the forest of guitar pedals he alway's uses to play and Jonny is whipping about his his sampler.

  • Greatest musicians of my generation, in my oppinion

  • Comment removed

  • phenomonal

  • I listen to this about 20 times a day . Chef D'Oeuvre!

    Radiohead.

  • HOW CAN A HUMAN BEING COMPOSE THIS KINDA SONG

radiohead just blows my mind out whenever i listen to their albums after ok computer..... pathetic that most of my friends just dont understand their music style

  • Comment removed

  • its Impossible to clap to this song, the timing is just wrong so the audience are always either slowing down or speeding up. Please next time they play this peice of art live dont fuck it up by clapping

  • @fohawk31 The only thing that you can't follow is the bass. But you can clap by following the drums. And the sound doesn't arrive at the same time to the people who are in front row and the people who are faaaar behind.

  • amazing keyboard playing

  • AMAZING!!! THE BEST I HAVE SEEN!

  • kaoss pad and digitech whammy FTW!

  • thom yorke looks like gollum a lil bit, lol but they are so sweet.

  • thom has the most perfectly evil smile in this video its amazingly sickk !

  • radiohead are simply fuckin brilliant!! IMHO the best band since Led Zeppelin by a country mile!!

  • PHIL'S GOT THE LEMON SHAKER

  • what is jonny doing?

  • @Bassplaya235 He is making the effects of Thom's voice. It's on a Kaoss pad. it's amazing.

  • @Bassplaya235 he is altering thom's voice on his kaoss pad. it's brilliant

  • @Bassplaya235 Chaos pad

  • 2 me it's a song bout OCD - desperately trying 2 have control over a tiny bit of something, 2 keep obsessive order, hanging on2 yourself 4 dear life by at least having order over something ridiculous amidst all the chaos outside

  • I somehow like the live versions better.

  • Day after day, night after night, I get a different feeling. Happy, sad, angry, confused, and everything in between. This song always gives me chills because of the mixed emotions I get each time I give. Everything fits in, everything is perfect, everything in its right place. Kudos Radiohead.

  • at least the audience got it that they shouldnt clap eventually

  • oh, Jonny, you may have overdone it on the voice sampler...

  • I think johnny does a bad job on this one on the voice sampling side...

  • Thanks for the back up guys , im sure you have been to a show only to have some screaming grls behind you singing every word and yelling "THATS MY SONG " to every song played . Its not ur song , its the bands now let them sing it and let everyone else enjoy it w/o your voiceover

  • No i wouldnt clap , or sing ,i would listen to the song preformed by the BAND . and if 50k ppl could clap to the beat i wouldnt care but its always off beat and some crazy whiny chick always happens to be behind me screaming the words in my ear .

  • Absolutely brilliant!! Radiohead broke the mould and truly thought "out side the box", ground breaking brilliance, bands like Radiohead dont come along that often, but when they do, thank fuck they came to blow away mediocre shit that too many people will accept as good music!! Oasis are you listening?

  • So much marijuana haha

  • germans clap to everything

  • haha

  • maybe they do, but glastonbury is in the UK

  • *clap* *clap* *clap*

  • i hate the clapping , at least it died out quickly . Performers must hate that

  • @pgh006

Right, performers must hate it when their FANS clap along to their music in time to the beat because they LOVE the song. Damn those stupid insensitive fans for their enthusiasm.

  • cept that it was out of time, not in time to the beat... i'd hate it if i was thom yorke

  • @Foilnewt haha, that was briliant

  • I bum this song live. :D

  • bum? what does that mean?

  • I don't think this song was meant to be clapped to by a million people

  • Why not ? Woldnt you clap if u were there and payed money to watch radiohead live?

  • i agree, i think this song is being played for the fans entertainment pleasure and they have the freedom to enjoy it however they please...

everyones just into the music and feeling it so they clap, dont hate

  • yea ^^

  • @kindofatheist Hatters gonna hate :P

  • @kindofatheist true true but wouldnt it be nice to be able to have this song without all the clapping? and instead of expressing entretainment by overlapping a slow gorgeous song with their noise expressing appreciation by just listening to thom!? hehehe (id probably be clapping too though hahaha)

  • @Theblob516 It's hard to clap to a song in 5/4.

  • @ArtD42 ha. yeah.

  • Comment removed

  • @ArtD42 Clapping in 4/4 is the same as clapping in 5/4

  • @Theblob516 Unfortunately, I've seen many live songs in person ruined by clapping out of sync. Not totally the audiences fault... On the other hand, I was at a Phish concert where the audiences offbeat clapping lead the band into another song in the different rhythm. It was cool.. To me, its an unspoken rule to keep rhythmic clapping to a minimum at live shows.

just me though... Such a great song and great band.

  • @phishinvan not a happy clapper then?

  • @Theblob516 I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH YOU

  • @Theblob516 lol yeh they try to keep radiohead restricted to a 4/4 rhtymn, epic fail by the crowd lol :D

  • @Theblob516 : Its apparent you've never experienced this firsthand

  • @Theblob516 the band seems to be enjoying that a lot.

  • oe no funciona el link

    sale error xfaaaaaaaa

pasate esa music mi msm es

    eminem_2710@ho

  • El link funciona bien. Ten paciencia con RapidShare, sus nuevas directivas de seguridad son muy manchadas.

  • end of concert?

  • Best band of our times and the second best band ever.

    Peace.

  • bassline coming in at 3:50 is sick

  • @12345l6789 Radiohead's basslines are always sick!

  • 00:23 hmmmm that shaker resembles a lemon...

  • its an egg

  • haha, I love how Jonny "rocks out" to this song...

  • urrrrg it frusterates me so much when crowds clap for this song.

    so off.

  • i hate when people like you go to Radiohead concerts and think cause they are number one fan that they can tell me to shut up, despite the fact that i paid good money to buy my ticket.

  • well thom seems to ve very happy with the clapping thats what matters "true fan"

  • el intro es chevere

  • Awesome performance. A song slowly descending into an organised chaos.

  • That is a Korg KAOSS pad...that Johnny is using..Ed is using delays, but most of what you hear is mr. Greenwood.

  • @Mstrong908 I'm pretty sure Jonny has Thom's voice playback and Ed controls the Rhodes Piano play back, and maybe the rest of the instruments too.

  • @aidansomebody Isn't Thom playing the piano? It's just a simple progression. I think Ed is creating the ambience and Jonny is directl affecting Thom's voice with the 'chaos' pad.

  • @josephmalekzadeh Yes Thom's playing, the Rhodes, but when he leaves you can still hear it being looped, and I'm pretty sure Ed is controlling that.

  • johnny is...

  • @josephmalekzadeh So Jonny is using a a Kaos pad on Thom's voice and Thom's voice only, while Ed is using a Line 6 DL4 which he can manipulate the playback of everything minus Thom's voice.

  • @aidansomebody that's awesome. Wish I had the money for that kind of gear.

  • @josephmalekzadeh Yeah me too. haha.

  • you have the capability to make that money, therefore you pretty much already "have" the money

    i mean

no one ever really "has" money or anything

    we only borrow it

    :>

just get the money,, nothings stopping you:>

    :PPP

  • Yes magic lorenzo...Ed is playing sublime!

  • can someone tell me what is Ed playing plz?

  • ed is using various looper and delay pedals to sample and loop thom's vocals and manipulate them with sudden twists of the delay time knob,

  • Eds using a KORG chaos pad!! Cool or what?

  • 3:24 - 3:47 thom looks like he realised that they are legends.

  • -looks like he...

  • to me it looks like hes trying to hold back a laugh from the funny sounding voice lol

  • First, sorry for my english... U_U On the other hand, (xD) i believe that Radiohead is the best band that I've heard... :) its music is so fantastic... it takes you to other world... a palce where you feel all the feelings at the same time... O_O is like a drug for me ... u_u xD They're real musicians :) ... something that this world is losing.. u.u ..well bye :D

    Greetings from Peru :)

  • You're so right mate. It's amazing! The English is great by the way. Better than most people over here! Love Peru as well!

  • the audience is terrible at clapping along

  • I thought this too but i don't know if it might be because of the size of the place

  • Jonny greenwood is a master!!!!

    love radiohead. best group 4EVER!

  • 2003 fk im old

  • great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • if phish plays this as their cover, I will be very glad with my choice to skip festival eight ... talk about a snoozer!

  • If Phish played this, I would slit your wrists...

  • This performance and album is great but somehow I'm leaning towards our boys joining the 2 MGMT guys for Halloween... IM (most) HO

  • Radiohead is amazing live, say them in the 90's while in an altered state of mind and it was outstanding. Would phish cover, I doubt it. It would be hard to cover RH. The music is complex and the feeling from the songs would be hard to reproduce. Would love if they did but this is a little more complex than covering the talking heads which I did lose my mind at. One day I will get it back I am sure.

  • they could urinate in our earsockets in Indio in 7 days and we will "lap it up" radiohead or not

  • how can you say that, radiohead is genius hahaha

  • Why?

  • "Oy fuck off. (oy fuck off, oy fuck off) HIHI." :D

  • Also, love that parto from 3.25 to 3.47. Thom's satisfied expression... such soul put into a music... he really loves this shit! :D

  • This was a motherfucking concert!!!! I Wish i could have been there... Tks RH :D

  • oh.... that's so sic... but it's a masterpiece!

  • Life-defining music.

  • OMFG... That was awsome, hypnotizing, beautiful!! I wanna be in Johnny's head, just for a nanno second. What a place

  • Closed with this at Reading '09...epic.

  • amazing werent it :) and opening with creep!!!

  • o man! really?! i thought they'd stopped doing creep long back! missed it :(

  • huh? the whole concert is posted and they don't start with creep, I think its either 2+2=5 or there, there

  • I was responding to chocomog35 about reading 2009 , they started with creep and ended with this :)

  • nooo there there you see another

  • This is just ridiculously good

  • Yes best song ever written

    this is magic!

when I heard this first time I was tottaly excited and lstened it 10 times that day!

  • I listen to it ten times EVERY day! Haha

  • haha lemons suck!

    radioherad rules!

  • jonny is a fucking genious

  • 3:45 my god
