@shobney When the Dog does something the owner wants it to do ( like when he sat for her) the action is rewarded with a click and a treat. when the dog becomes more familiar with the noise you dont have to use the treat anymore. and once the dog has got it down packed then the clicker is not needed anymore. Clicker is good/positive. Use a loud vocal noise (like AHHH) for a bad action (like nipping or not following the instruction given. The clicker can be bought at petsmart for like $2
