@11moonelf --Well, here's the GOOD news: These TV's are easy to make. In the new DTV age lots of analog TV's end up at thrift stores. I buy clear plastic "Prison" televisions. I hot-glue a whole bunch of clear plastic objects that I collect from thrift stores, craft stores, and party suppliers, along with plastic tubes, all of which give the TV's that "alien/cyberpunk" look. The only drawback is that these prison TV's don't have speakers in 'em, so you hafta jack external speakers to them.
that is awesome!..believe it or not, i could meditate with it...now added to my dream home fantasy: a room full of **these**... :0D
